I LOVED how they only had one bride at a time, so it was super relaxed and you didn't feel awkward with other people you didn't know watching you try on dresses and offer unsolicited opinions. Taryn was my consultant at my first appointment there and was an ABSOLUTE DOLL! She was super friendly, had amazing customer service, and was a pleasure to work with. What initially caused me to shop at H. Noelle is that they carried a large selection of Sophia Tolli dresses, my favorite designer who I had difficulty finding a store that carried more than one or two samples. At the beginning of my appointment I was given clothes pins, asked my budget, and told to select a few dresses to try on. The dresses do not have price tags on them, but since my budget was at the lower end of where their dresses start at, Taryn said she would let me know before I tried on a dress if it was over my budget. The dress I ended up purchasing was one I was most hesitant about trying on since it was a lot more blingy than what I normally like, but Taryn said to think of the appointment as dressing up and it didn't hurt to try it on. I tried on that dress first and fell in love! The third dress I tried on I also really liked and Taryn was very patient with me and allowed me to try the first one back on to see which one I liked more and the moment I put the first dress on I knew it was the one. I loved how H. Noelle encourages the customer to take pictures from all angles so that the bride can get a good idea of what the dress will look like when photographed. I was unable to fully commit the first appointment and Taryn was very understand and did not try and push for a sale which I really appreciated. After sleeping on it I was 100% confident that the dress was mine and I called back to make another appointment to come In and order my dress. My second appointment was with Brooke as Taryn was off that day. I was very impressed with the amount of communication between the staff at H. Noelle because my appointment with Brooke was amazing and it was as if she had been there for my first appointment. I would recommend anyone visit H. Noelle if they are looking for their wedding dress simply because of their amazing customer service and their attention to detail.

I came to browse a sample sale (dresses that weren't going to make it to their collection next season are sold for about half the price, sold as is / no alterations) where the entire building was bustling with tons of brides, family, and swishing dresses, but you can book a traditional appointment where one can enjoy a more relaxed and private experience. Their stock of dresses is quite large, as it took a while to just walk around all the rooms with the dresses before pulling them off the rack to look. The sample sale appointment is one hour, and I walked out with my wedding dress at the end of it! For the sample sale, we met with the bridal consultant (Victoria was amazing!) and then I received 5 clothes pins to mark which dresses I was interested while I made a walk through the dress area. She pulled those dresses, brought them to our designated fitting area (there's a sofa for family or friends to sit and watch), and helped me into the dresses. Since the sample sale didn't have my exact size, she used clips to cinch the excess fabric in the back, and that worked well to see what the dress would look like if tailored to my size. You can do as many rounds as you like as time permits. Once I chose the dress, the part that really brought it together for me was putting on a veil :) When checking out, they gave a list of recommended tailors, and luckily some of them are in the loop! The staff here were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Victoria was my amazing bridal consultant; she was friendly, encouraging, patient, and not pushy at all. She was easy to talk to and really made the experience amazing! Ashley was tagging along with Victoria and gave some helpful opinions about dress styles, and the other consultants walking by would cheer. The only thing I would dock a star for would be that I had some questions to ask Victoria after she left to meet her next appointment, and the front desk team told me she would ask Victoria to call me back. I never got a call and had to call twice to ask for her to contact me (by the time she texted me, it was several days later, and I'm pretty sure she forgot who I was / what dress details I had questions about). Overall, a happy place! They even have a metal lock you can personalize and add to their growing collection of successful dress matches + a floral backdrop to take photos. I imagine personalized appointments are a lot slower paced and relaxed. Be sure to bring your strapless bra and skin colored undies to your appointment! I'm glad I chose Whittington Bridal as the first spot to look for dresses-- it was super efficient and a lovely experience :)

These people, specifically the manager, are so dishonest…read more They had a Maggie Sotero Trunk Show and the dresses were so beautiful--I literally found my dress. They told me that the $300 off promotion for the trunk show would last through the weekend (Saturday). So of course, the manager said she could hold it for Friday for my mom to come in person to see it. Suddenly, they switched up on what they said and told me the $300 promotion is only for the first bridal appointment and they cannot hold it. I confronted the manager, and asked her why she was dishonest and inconsistent. She had no words. I took off the dress and left. I will never do business with dishonest people, and this store and their employees were definitely just that. At least I found my dress, hopefully I'll encounter a bridal shop that can order it for me.

They called me on thursday trying to reschedule but I told them I'm moving and this is the only day I can come and they were WHO I wanted to come to specifically. She then told me she would see if her boss could get another stylist for me and she would call me by the end of the day. Well she NEVER called me AND I got a confirmation email the next day so I figured we're still on. So fast-forward, we show up at modern affinity 5 minutes early and the doors are locked, lights off, and the sign said "closed appointments only". I figured we would wait, maybe someone was on their way. Well SEVERAL phone calls and text messages later (sent per voicemails request) and 30 minutes standing outside the store, not ONE person showed up or answered and have yet to call me back. Their hours were even posted 10-6 on Saturday and someone else even tried coming to the store to shop but couldn't because y'all were closed. David's bridal ended up being able to squeeze me in at the last minute and I'm SO grateful for them. Needless to say, Modern Affinity you should be ashamed of how you handled this, you stood up a bride to be and lost a customer who was SO looking forward to shopping with y'all. I will never recommend your business to ANYONE ever again.

The whole appointment was very fun and really added to the bridal experience. In terms of COVID, they are being very cautious and everything felt safe. Temperatures were taken at the door and masks were worn. Sanitizer was also provided. I was given my own large private room that had both seating for any people accompanying me (in this case it was my mom) as well as a large division of the room curtained off for changing into gowns. There was also a personal stylist who helped me to find my selections. A particularly fun personal touch was having my name written on a little chalkboard on the door to my dressing room for the appointment. Wonderful establishment with a fantastic staff. Would highly recommend!!
