I knew I wanted an ao dai for my wedding and being a plus size girl i knew I would definite need a custom one. I'm so glad I went with Michelle because she was very accommodating to me being from out of state. I didn't want a traditional red ao dai and she was able to put together a lilac purple ao dai that I love! The cathedral train and the lace and jewel appliqués are stunning! Loved it! After my final fitting for my pick up there was a little alterations that I needed done and she was able to squeeze it into her busy schedule and saved me a 9 hr trip back to Houston. I wish I knew of this bridal shop when I got married 5 years ago! Her collection is so beautiful and made of good quality. I have been to so many bridal shops and all the dresses seemed to be made of poor quality and looked cheap. So I ended up buying a $5000 dress from ivory bridal for my wedding day. Now that I am a wedding photography and have met Michelle and her beautiful collection I know where I'm going to go looking for a dress in 5 years when I renew my vows! Not only does she custom make bridal gowns, she also does veils, robes, and other bridal accessories. I wanted a cathedral length veil with my new monogram at the bottom, and that's exactly what I got! It is very light weight and covered in exquisite details like lace appliques, pearls, and dainty sequins. It matches the most minute details of my dress for a cohesive and sophisticated look. I was recommended C'est Toi Bridal by a coworker that had her Randy Fenoli dress alternated there, as well as a custom veil created. Although their operation is small, C'est Toi has been nothing but accommodating and spectacular! I brought my dress there and Lilly altered it to my exact specifications. Lilly adjusted the width of the hips, added breast cups, created a sturdy enough bustle that would hold up my train, and fixed some gapping near my back. After adding some cups to the breast area, we realized the fit was slightly off in the ribs. Lilly told me to bring it in closer to my wedding date and she'd remedy the situation. Lilly has always been easy to get ahold of and helps adapt to my crazy schedule. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about C'est Toi and will recommend it to all future brides! read more

After searching for a wedding dress at several stores in and around the Houston area, I was so disappointed to not find what I was looking for. As a last ditch effort, my sister scheduled a few appointments the morning I was leaving town. Fortunately, our first stop that morning was at C'est Toi Bridal Atelier! They had a collection of dresses, and individual dress pieces to try on and toss around ideas with. I was looking for a two piece, bohemian vibe dress for my Austin wedding. After finding a top and skirt I liked, I discussed with Michelle what I didn't love about the top. I wanted more skin toned fabric underneath some of the illusion neckline to make me feel more comfortable and to have the top less revealing. Michelle said it was no problem and pinned material underneath the top I was wearing until I felt it looked just right! I absolutely loved wearing this dress on my wedding day, and received so many compliments on how unique it was! Not to mention, it was custom made for me (no extra cost to have to take it to a tailor) and way more reasonable cost wise than many of the shops I visited. I am based in Georgia and was visiting Austin for a friend's engagement photos and while I was there I decided to do a shoot of my own. A local wedding planner put me in touch with C'est Toi because I needed a wedding dress for my shoot and Michelle was so amazing to work with. She gave me exactly what I needed for the shoot and the dress was absolutely beautiful. She knew exactly what the current trend was and suggested a dress accordingly. The pictures came out beautiful and the dress fit my model so beautifully. I even recommended them to a few people after my transaction with her and suggested that my friend go check them out for her dress shopping. BRIDES: DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! This place completely ripped me off. They do not care about you or what you order for your dream gown. I ordered my dress March 2020 and didn't get to try it on until October 2020, which was literally ONE MONTH before my wedding. During all these months waiting, I would request pictures and updates and it would take the owner forever to respond. The October fitting was the only fitting I had. The dress was made with the wrong material and she added tulle on top of everything and it didn't fit me at all! When I asked Michelle to do alterations, she stated she was "too busy and booked through December." Please know, I had one month until my wedding, and the dress looked horrible. She recommended me to other alteration places in the area and told me if I wanted to take the dress home that day in order for someone else to fix it, I would need to pay the remainder of my balance. That left me with no choice and I had to pay to take my dress with me, even though she ruined it. When I went to get alterations, my total was $1600.00. Michelle said she would pay half of the alteration cost to cover her mistakes, but when I notified her it would be $1600, she refused to pay half. She tried to get me to agree to a $500 refund. And all of a sudden, she wasn't booked anymore and told me to take the dress back to her store so she could fix it. Now I'm here writing this in hopes that no other brides will go through what I went through. Michelle and her sister run a TERRIBLE business with HORRIBLE customer service. Also, all the 5 star reviews you see are not real, because they pay people for all of their reviews. She made my wedding dress experience horrible. read more

Her dresses are so beautiful, reasonable price and make according to your measurements. She also does custom dresses which she can provide you with a sketch and show you what fabric, lace, beads ...to use for your gown before making it. Talked to Michelle and I found out she also provided rental gown which brought me to an idea. My wedding was 6 months ago. We tried to save money for our house, so we just had a small warning ceremony with the family. We haven't had our professional wedding pictures done. Michelle was able to recommend me to one of the photographer could help me for an mini wedding picture section and I can rent one of her gown for that. Everything turns out so perfect.
