Our guy walked over and asked if we needed help. We were looking for lady's boots in the men's section. He told us to go look in the ladies section. After a while we found some great boots for my daughter. I wanted a nice hat but didn't know how to find them it. We got to deal with the most Texas man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took me to the hat section, helped me find what I would call an incredible lifetime hat. He helped me fit and find a quality hat at my value! He also completely shaped the hat to my liking. Fitting it to what I would consider a perfect hat. I am terrible with names so I can't remember his but if you walk into this store he's the large quiet cowboy that is Texas! Pleasure talking to you and I feel blessed to have been served by you. Bought a bunch of stuff cause it was awesome! Much love from California! If ever in the area we will visit again!

The decision to enter this store was both the best and worst decision of my life - the best being that I found one of my new favorite stores to shop in. The worst being that I will end up going broke! I have an obsession with flowy sheer (polyester) tops and this place has plenty selection and from what I've heard, recieve new stock & styles often. I walked out with two dress tops and a pair of brand name jeans for $84. According to their site, Yellow Box, Miss Me, LA Idol, Grazie, Katydid, Save The Ta-tas, & Jimmy Crystal are just a few of the brands they carry. Sizes run 7-16 for girls & 0-21 (S-3x) for women - you don't have to be stick thin to shop here, they had many plus size options. Oh, and they ship clothing as well (check out their fb page). In addition to the super cute trendy clothing, they have tons of accessories!! I'm talking hair bows, sunglasses, candles, personalized jewelry, 3d fiber lashes, spirit items (ya know like the bling bling shirts all sport's moms wear), & scarves out the ying yang (out the ying yang... is that even a phrase? Starting to see how a girl could go absolutely broke in this place?!) As with any boutique, some of the items are a pretty penny but each of the shirts I purchased were $22, which is about average for a dress shirt nowadays. The dressing rooms are uber tiny, awkwardly lit with a standing lamp, have no hanging racks but a small stool and curtains that you'll bump into while attempting to keep your balance when changing clothing but I gotta give the place kudos as they are working with very limited space and seem to have done what they could with the space provided. Speaking of limited space, the inside of the store is pretty small - baby strollers and other large items are not allowed inside. Something to bear in mind if you have little ones in tow. If you're looking for snacks, there are multiple candy stores, 2 cookie companies, a couple pretzel shops, and ice cream! Book store, shoe stores, department stores like Macy's, Dillard's, Sears, Bealls, JC Penneys, and trendy stores like Hollister, American Eagle, Justice, and Journey, and others.

I asked to speak to a manager being I had a very big event to attend for my daughter it was a very special day for her. I went to grab what she wanted and rushed to her bithday dinner. Needless to say last month we were buying my birthday gift and we were told an ID would be fine (we normally facetime and it was fine) but not this time. I even had multiple other items that I had planned on buying as well. I got a very unprofessional email from the manager which I will not speak on. She said everything I needed to hear and expressed about the prior workers who did not follow protocol. My child did not receive what she wanted. Which is okay we went straight to Kendra Scott's website and also got an extra discount and we will be ordering from them directly. I like supporting small businesses, but again this is why unfortunately a lot of people are not and are ordering online. Good riddance, and thank you again for putting the classless email I have with everything you stated. WE WON'T BE BACK.

I have the receipt and wasn't allowed to return it for ANY kind of refund OR store credit today. So, now if the top doesn't fit, the person can't return it either. $62 top It has to be within 14 days. It's the holidays man, people start shopping in November for Christmas. They have it extended if you bought something after Thanksgiving but, that doesn't help me. I HAVE THE RECEIPT. THE TAGS ARE STILL ON IT. total crap Of course being Christmas Eve, the manager or owner aren't working today in either store. At the time of my visit, I could not believe that everything in this store was 50% off or $10. Whichever was lowest. Needless to say, I walked out with a ton of steals. The staff was so pleasant. I told them that I was looking for something with pineapples for a co-worker and they knew immediately where I could find Items that had pineapples on them. There is accessible parking as well as entrance.
