She said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I had to pay half down when I ordered the dress. She never called me to tell me my dress arrived. I called her after three weeks and She didn't seem to remember who I was. I went to the shop to find out what happened, and she had my dress on display in her shop on a mannequin. When I asked her why my dress was on display, she said that she put it there while she waited for me to pick it up. I needed the dress ASAP so I paid the other half of the cost and said I wanted to take it. Instead of putting it in a garment bag she covered it in a green trash bag.
