As far as becoming a client again with SF? Well, I still am a client and will be on other policies. But, as for auto and renters or homeowners? I'm not sure. I have since been able to find better coverage, lower deductibles, more payouts and added coverage than my SF policies for lower premiums. Which is something that at my last renewal according to you SF just could not do because of inflation costs of accident claims and losses in the millions to SF across the country because of paid out claims and rising costs. All of which is not my problem being an excellent driver and being able to adequately manage my own finances even in these difficult times. I am glad to have the reimbursements for monies I was rightfully and patiently waiting for. It's truly a shame that it took this long to put a period at the end of the sentence in this situation though. Perhaps SF corporate can learn from experiences you may share with them about this situation and improve their relationship with their clients. Of which without them they would be nothing.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company bar none. Had a pet policy through them and went to the emergency vet. At 3am. Got the estimate from the vets office. Called the 1-844-250-9199 picked option 2. Was on hold for 45 minuets. Then was told by the person answering the phone that I was never issued a policy. I said you are literally billing me for a policy. They said I was wrong because they don't issue policies starting with your states letters in the front. This is because this is the auto insurance/boat/ect. They can't look up your policy because it is in an entirely different network. They do not talk to each other. It has taken 6 months to talk to someone from the pet policy section. Between the 2 hour wait only to be auto dropped by the phone call. Or I have been bounced around to every department known to man once a week every week for 6 months. I have been trying to get a hold of a human from the pet policy and have been lied to repeatedly. The two vets offices I had to go to said "I'm sorry" or yikes when I told them I had liberty mutual. 6 months and many many phone calls later I was told "sorry your claim is denied." Even though I was told by the salesman that I was totally covered for anything that happened. They refuse to acknowledge their problem. No apology for 6 months of hours and hours of wasted time, and $3000+ Luckily I was able to cover it and I didn't have to put my dog down. Never ever use these people.
