They responded promptly and came out to my property to provide an estimate for the repairs. After receiving the estimate, we scheduled a date and time for the work to be completed Drew's Roofing arrived as scheduled and carried out the necessary repairs. The new shingles were expertly installed; you cannot distinguish where the new shingles were added from the original roof. The vents were properly retarred as well. Although my project was relatively small, Drew's Roofing treated it with the same professionalism and attention as if they were working on a full roof replacement. They honored the agreed-upon price, completed the repairs efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwork was done. Well these guys have a customer for life. I am always so anxious about hiring people to fix issues with my house because there are so many people who will overcharge or just generally be shady. When I first bought my house, there were some issues with roof leaks, and the initial person I talked to quoted me an absolutely insane amount and kept trying to upcharge me. Drew Roofing was able to tell me exactly what the issue was, didn't try to upsell and fixed the issue for a super reasonable price. And now a little over a year later, I woke up to a leak in my bedroom ceiling. They sent someone over to take a look at the issue, which I was expecting to cost me a ton. I contracted with Drew Roofing to do wind mitigation strapping while replacing my roof. A subsequent inspection by the state indicated the strapping was not to code. Drew spent a month giving me the runaround, saying he did not know what the code was. I researched it on my own and provided multiple examples of how the roof-to-wall strapping should be accomplished. In addition, I contacted a professional retrofit company recommended to me by Old Time Roofing. LGT Restoration services provided me a quote of an additional $2450 to fix my roof to code. Drew has said he is not qualified to do the job and will not refund my money or pay for the repair, which is LESS than he charged me to do it wrong. I cannot speak to the quality of this business' work, but I can speak to the quality of the crews they hire. They are true bottom dwellers. I live in a quiet neighborhood, and we all expect work to occur from time to time. However, for the third straight day, I have asked the workers to turn down their excessively loud music. They not only disregard the requests but turn the noise up in response. This also requires them to yell over the music and other work site noises. I called the business listed on the trucks' doors. The office staff was receptive, even friendly, but ineffective at quelling the offensive noises. I will never use this company and will share my experiences with anyone who will listen. They did an acceptable job on my roof about 8 years ago but said they would provide the wind mitigation paperwork so I could get my insurance discount and never did. I called and emailed them repeatedly asking for the paperwork and I got the run around for months. I suspect this is because they didn't actually do what was required to pass an insurance inspection and get the wind mitigation discount. I have paid considerably more for my insurance for years because of their refusal to provide what I told I was paying for. If you use them, get EVERYTHING in writing first. read more

They gave me a reasonable estimate for a repair on a solar tube. They came when they said they would, kept in contact with me and did the job very quickly. I am extremely satisfied. I am active duty military stationed overseas. My tenants informed me that my roof was leaking. I did my research and Drew Roofing seemed great, so I contacted them. They emailed me back immediately and were out in a few days (apparently it was raining for several days straight) to give me an estimate. When they were there they found that a nail lifted one of the shingles, causing the leak. They fixed it in a few minutes for free! We bought a new house that had two different sections and ages of roofs - one A-frame (newer) and one flat roof (older). And one part of the roof was damaged where the electrical wiring attached to the roof. Also, we had seen some evidence of water damage and Drew Roofing came out and inspected it and helped us get it in good shape before our first hurricane season! They repaired the damaged area expertly and promptly. They were so personable, responsive, friendly, and easy to work with and got us scheduled very quickly. They clearly knew what they were doing and identified any weak or possibly problematic areas and took care of them. They did quality work and we would call them again in a heart beat! Drew came out twice in 2014 to fix leaks in my roof, once in July and again in October. By March 2015 both areas were leaking again. They came out (free of charge) and fixed the leaks, but said the problem was due to a shingle installation (house was built in 2001) that no longer met code and these leaks would keep happening unless we replaced our whole roof. They gave us a quote for re-roofing. I got a second opinion from another contractor (Bill Shields) who came in cheaper. I went back to Drew asking them to meet the lower price because we had already spent $1200 with them in the past eight months and they should have informed us of the shingle issue in 2014. The office manager, Jamie, said Drew wouldn't lower the price. I decided not to give them anymore of my money. They really didn't do anything grossly negligent, but I think as an act of good will they should have beat the other contractors price. read more
