I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! What a mess, I had to go a buy large plastic containers of primmer to cover the ugliest rooms you could EVER SEE!! Thank

He gave me a number to paint the entire outside and repair the widow and door trim. The job was bigger than expected and he reacted well, worked out how to patch a hole in the roof and fix other issues with very little added to the cost. He was super considerate of my tenants in the house, cleaned up well after the work and did an excellent job especially for the cost!!
