Today went in for a drivers course but I used the their phone web page . To sign up for the class. Wasted 3 hours there for the class to embarrass me in front of peers and their co workers .( Not only put me on the spot and wasted my time ,the lady that is the manger she screaming at me behind closed doors yelling at me jumping up and down like a child. Though I was upset for wasted time and a communication wasn't there. 35-36 year old women acting like a its a big deal over a 3 hour video . Its all good !!!! I got my permit today anyway . Heard good things about this company. Abate class 3 hours of what I've seen was great . Activities was nice . The people that works the class was nice and informative. Btw. Saying " I am sorry you've feel that way " is a generic way of a back hand apology. Worst thing you can say to a person who is upset. Shout out to DAVE!! He was so nice and tried to work with me. His attitude was professional and kind.

Pretty sad when you've bought more than 15 SXS and ATVs from the same place and they still try to…read morescrew you every chance they get. They installed a light bar on my Ranger Northstar using trailer wire, which caused melting. To their credit, they admitted fault and replaced it. Then the replacement light bar did the exact same thing and started melting again, so I brought it back for service. Their tech Rodney said it was pulling too many amps and was defective and that Polaris would replace it. Then they said Polaris needed an incident report. After dodging 10+ calls and emails, they finally said Polaris wouldn't replace it at all. Then the story changed again, and suddenly I was told I could not pick up my machine unless I either signed a document saying I would never sue them or they removed the light bar. I explicitly told them they were not allowed to remove it. AFTER we arrived at the dealership we witnessed their service department remove it anyway, saying "just cut the wires." They were destroying evidence right in front of us. I had to call the police just to be able to take my own machine home. Even then, the dealer sent me out with cut wiring, missing switches, missing hardware, and no light bar--items that were all on the machine when I dropped it off. They absolutely refused to return the light bar or anything they removed. This is not how you operate a business. Knowing this was going to be a problem, I had police meet me at the dealership before I even went inside, and it turned out to be the right call. Big "Will" physically touched me, pushed into me, rubbed against me, and refused to back away after I told him to. He became increasingly aggressive both physically and verbally. I paid their high $350 alignment fee and brought my SXS home with exposed, uncapped wires running through the roof, missing plugs, a missing switch, and no light bar or hardware. To make it even worse, Ride Command shows they were illegally driving my UTV on five-lane roads which I had noticed 4 miles of road travel on a previous UTV they serviced. This is how they treat someone who has legitimately spent over $400,000 at their "Stealership"

They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. My salesman Scott was okay, but I think he gets overwhelmed. Sincerely, RobertZ Dissappointed

I've been coming to this business on and off for many years. They used to be a huge dealer for jet…read moreski's, snowmobiles, ATV's and other big boy toy types of fun outdoors items. But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

I bought an Indian motorcycle and was relying on the dealership to help me. Massive mistake. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another dealer, which I regret very much not doing even though I could tell from my first visit they were bad. I have purchased dozens of cars, RV's, boats and motorcycles. I should know better. Kick myself everyday for trusting this dealer. I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.
