I made an appointment(the first of which Brenda cancelled so she could go on vacation) and dropped off my taxes. A week later I called to see if my taxes were done. They said I could pick them up the following day so I asked how much it would be so that I could have a check ready. I was told it would be $520.00 for the regular taxes not including the amendment. I asked to speak wiht Brenda and explained that I was quoted $250 and gave her the name of ther person that gave me the qote and that the person that gave me the quote told me specifically that they were putting the quote in the computer at the time I made the appointment. Brenda offered to drop the charge for the ammendment. I was still not happy because I was paying over double what I was quoted. My husband picked up the taxes and paid for them, however, I have sent Brenda several emails asking for her to follow up with me regarding the quote and she will not respond. I then had a friend call and get a quote for a similar filing situation and that person was also quoted between $200 and $300. This is a classic case of bait and switch. Do not use her services.
