Jonny and his wife are so nice and explain everything, they really made me comfortable with my decision. The price was amazing! Onto the home inspection, Jonny went out to the property and inspected from top to bottom, my report was 38 pages, everything was explained in great detail~ this was on a new construction home. The report was in color, included pictures, it was very organized and easy to comprehend. I got my report via email. The builder was happy to fix any issues and was pleased at the layout and organization of the report. They knew exactly what needed to get done. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete.
