Paul Davis bothered to work as diligently to collect money from the insurance as hard as they worked on making preparations to sue me, they may have been able to do what I did. I'm responsible for Paul Davis getting the money they so ineptly did not acquire a contract in writing when accepting a verbal "yes" from the manager of my insurance. claim! You're welcome Paul Davis.... And thank you for the threats, the holding hostage of my property, and the horrible communication of your intent that you would hold me responsible for your employee getting my home without proper documentation to do so. Then, holding me responsible for not getting that proper documentation and sending me notification of having to pay a bill that the insurance was supposed to have approved per all the text you sent me, which is the only reason I said OK. However, I'm still left in my predicament because my home is gutted, I'm still having to deal with the horrible insurance company. My choice of insurance companies is not anyone's fault but my own; however, I would rather have a place to live in a pot to pee in rather than me stuck homeless like I'm gonna be and I do fully blame this company for being in my situation. Thank God, I was able to stop their lawsuit since I was able to get WSOC TV channel 9's investigative reporter to help me in getting those funds for Paul Davis since their employees don't know how to get appropriate documentation prior to gutting someone's home, or at least my home! I will be getting my storage out of their control as soon as possible. Through this, I learned that they we're going to have me pay to have my storage returned to me, but didn't bother to let me know. It had already been paid for them to bring my storage to me or so it appears in the estimates I read through after educating myself extensively on this entire process. I really don't appreciate feeling as though things have not been provided to me in honesty and that is how I am left in complete understanding unfortunately!

After this, meeting with someone who keeps their word gains extra importance. The personable and professional Dean Flowers came out to give an estimate on water damage and possible mold. I was thrilled when I learned that the company would not only do the mitigation but the repairs as well. Making my life so much easier! Abraham Reyes was the project manager and was always timely, friendly and professional. His team was amazing, I really appreciated their workmanship, attention to detail, and that everything was left sparkling clean. Paul Davis worked seamlessly with our insurance company and we were so pleased with them that as mentioned above they completed a secondary job for us as well. We feel the services received were worth the money spent. As I told Abraham, I hope we won't need mitigation/repairs in future but if we do I know who we will call!

We were greeted immediately by the owner, Martha , who was as friendly and nice as anybody we have ever encountered. The three of us got into a conversation that lasted for most of an hour. Martha was so friendly, cordial, interesting and anxious to learn more about us as strangers and consequently we were enamored over her background as well. Our conversation centered on our backgrounds and respective families and frankly became a highlight of our day and time in Mount Airy. She was such an interesting individual who obviously loves what she does professionally. We did end up making a small purchase from her store but moreso than the purchase the best part of the day was meeting Martha and the enjoyable conversation we all three enjoyed. Thanks, Martha. Problem…read moreis I purchased a 20x40 rv cover with my deposit and asked about delivery time before sending deposit. Was told 4-6 weeks or sooner. I told them before my deposit that I must have by the end of six weeks as this is a church campgrounds for delivery and once kids are there we couldn't have them in there putting it up as would be a hazard with kids present. The kids would be arriving after seven weeks from deposit. We are now at six weeks and have been told they couldn't do it at that time frame because they have to have enough other runs or sales in my area before they couldn't bring my $7000 cover. The date they are giving is when kids are present during camps which I told them before had to be in that 6-7 week window. So my purchase is not doing me the good to cover my rv during the camp season that I purchased it for. Then when the kids will be gone they can't guarantee that date either because they may not have other sales on my area. This is not treating me as a customer correctly and I have talked with several managers and promised a call back the next day but didn't happen. Said I could call him also but no answer and left voicemail with no response. The contract is ridiculous if you go back and read all the fine print but one thing it says is they want to satisfy the customer 109% but yet they don't stand by their delivery dates! I will not recommend this company and there are a lot of people at the campgrounds area that want rv covers but I will not recommend this company at all unless they make this right in the next week! R McCool The only thing going good for this company is competitive pricing but no delivery or even scheduled delivery by the supposed date.

My old bike fit me comfortably but was not fit for riding long bike rides and for staying up with my friends (whom have 25lb to even less weighted bikes) and it was a 10 speed. Yeh I am a Baby Boomer. (^; My faithful steed the "Lead Sled" weighed in at 45+ lbs more so..... with water, tools, food etc. I had called ahead and told the owner what I was needing and let them know I was coming a certain day and brought my bike. I like the folks there right from the get go. Robert the owner took my bike and measured every inch of it and came up with the very best bike he could find online to rebuild to fit what I needed to ride comfortably and safely. And WOW it is awesome! I had gone to many Bike shops nearer to me and found they wanted to use the bikes they had in their stores and rebuild them. Some said they could not change the bikes enough and my body would get used to the changes made. But I know my body.. and I was ready to pay whatever was needed to be able to continue to ride bikes. I imagined I would have to pay an unbelievable price and knew it would be worth it in the long run. But no! I was able to purchase a really super nice bike, with all of the changes I needed to address my past injuries. Thank God, Robert found the perfect brand of bike to be fixed to perfection. Not only am I a lot more comfortable on the new bike than I was on the Lead Sled (which I thought was perfectly fitted for me), I am able to "almost" keep up with all the folks I ride with. Thank you Robert and his mom... Linda for all you did to help me. I will not be going to bike shops anywhere else. If they were ever to move their shop 6 hours away. I would be driving 6 hours to get the type of bike service that you all and I deserve from a great Cycle shop....."CYCLEWORKS Bicycle Shop in Mt. Airy NC!! Thank you Cycleworks!!

Two months down the road I received a bill from GnB energy for copper that was cut when servpro removed my stove. The repair bill was for 224. I paid the bill but called servpro to ask if they would reimburse. Sherry told me they may just decide to pay the bill and assured she would get back with me. Weeks go by, no answers, I call and am told "I'll get back with you" After months now and me calling about every 1-2 weeks she never got back with me once. Super disappointing. It's about principle and customer service at this point, not the money. I have asked repeatedly for someone to call me simply with an answer Yes or No. It's very interesting they take the time to respond to my Google review and not the time to call a customer who had a 12,000+ bill with them, paid without question. I have also asked a copy of the contract that apparently states they aren't responsible for damage they call but that was also ignored.
