The schnitzel was by far the star of the show (as we should have expected)! The cheese is famous so we had to try it but sheep's cheese is a bit too strong for me and it had a harder texture than I prefer. My partner liked it though so I'd recommend giving it a shot if you're adventurous!! We also got their homemade lemonade which was a fizzy raspberry lemonade. Entirely regional dishes, none perhaps moreso than 'Handkas Mit Musik" with pungent Cheese bathed in Onion Vinaigrette and Carraway Seeds, it was alongside Rye Bread that bites were taken prior to Potato Sausage, boiled Spuds and herbaceous Quark.
