My sister and mom got a $10 grab bag box and I helped my mom go through hers. I had noticed a few…read moreitems that I could use for my kids on the school bus. I asked my husband to go with me and that's how we ended up here. So we found the boxes and proceeded to grab 5 of them. We noticed that the self checkouts were all card only, but one. The guy in front of us used it and then walked away- so we went to the register. The lady looked at us and was like "ugh, can I help you" and we said yes we have these. She was talking on the radio and kept telling us to use a self checkout and I said I had cash. She was like ugh and said I will see if I can get someone here. Mind you we were standing in front of her for more than 5mins. And My husband was like no it's fine don't worry about it he would just use his card and she just was like okay and walked away. I understand if you're are in between something, but being in retail you assist the customer or explain the situation like "I'm sorry I don't work up here, but I can definitely have someone come up here to help you if you don't mind waiting for a minute," but no she just doesn't say anything and was like she wanted to get away and rolled her eyes.

We taught us how to play, talked about paints and made us feel very welcoming to the hobby of Warhammer. We bought a big set beginner set, a bunch of paints and supplies. It was vey expensive but well worth it. As we start our Warhammer hobby this store will be our homebase. I will be in touch with him soon to understand how to paint our awesome little figures.. I don't think I've been more welcome in a new hobby like I have been here. The people that were in there playing and painting were amazing as well if you're looking for a great community to join. I did not have 30min but said I could come back the next day or thereafter. The employee said they would call to let me know when it was ready the following day. More than a week later, I still hadn't received a call so I called and no one seemed to know what I was asking about. I received a vm a few hours later saying they were ready. Upon pick up, 2 were not framed the way I asked so she offered to do them again while I waited. After getting home and unwrapping them, I realized one was not secured in the frame whatsoever. None of the items had a finished backing put on. The hanger on one was put on so the art would hang sideways. I had to take them all somewhere else to fix them quickly as they were a gift. When I asked Hobby Lobby for a refund, they told me no because "I got what I paid for."

I'll admit, they didn't offer to help unless I asked for it. There were about five employees behind the desk chit chatting. Didn't really bother me, I just wanted the products lol. Once I was ready to check out, they did just that and even put my wax in my car. I would definitely return if these oils work out!
