So I took a closer look on the Google and found Bella Bloom. The owner answered the phone just before close and took all the time I needed to order a few perfect things. My girl is goth, so pastels don't fly. I just saw a pic of what she got and they KILLED IT. What I didn't know is no one has ever sent her flowers before in her whole life. A dear friend of mine in Tualatin lost her husband and I wanted to send her flowers. Flowers that were not basic, but special. Nancy picked up the phone when I called. She was so cheerful, kind and professional. I explained what I needed flowers for and she offered her caring words to me. She asked if I had a bouquet in mind - and I did, and told her the arrangement I saw online that I liked. She asked if I wanted the arrangement delivered that day. I did not, I needed it delivered in two days - and I could hear in Nancy's voice, although she would have had them delivered that day, was relived to have some time to do the arrangement. She was clearly very busy when I called. My point being, she did not rush me, she listened to me, offered me her sympathy and continued to treat me with excellent customer service, even though she was very busy. I received an email notification when the flowers were delivered and 5 minutes after that, I received a text with a photo of the gorgeous flowers and a note from my dear friend, thanking me for the flowers. I picked them up the day of prom. The boutonniere wasn't made AT ALL, completely missed it. The woman at the counter asked the florist "can you make a boutonniere really quick?" I asked to be refunded for the boutonniere and was advised she didn't have the authority so she'd made a note. I took the corsage and upon opening, saw this single flower. I went back in the store and showed the photo on the site, specifically calling out the lack of shells as that's why I chose this corsage. The woman responded rudely that they were out of what was in the photo for that corsage. So, they didn't even bother to substitute with other flowers? I sent an email asking to be refunded and received a receipt as a response, refunding the boutonniere and gave $10 back for this single $45 carnation. The "corsage" ended up unworn and trashed. Will never refer to or use this service again.
