I was a 5+ year customer and they did not even give me the curtesy of a notice of discontinued service until I asked about it a month later. I was told "you were called". Every early September we would get a call that we were due for a treatment and they'd coordinate with us to spray our house. we had the same person for over 25 years and she was almost like family. If we weren't home we'd leave the door open for her and she'd lock up when she left. I am Realtor for 35 years in the area and have referred many many people to them, as recently as this past summer. This year was different in that we had no call and bugs were showing up so we called on Sept 9 and were told Geneva had retired and the company was bought out. So we requested that someone come as it was time. We were told by Pam that someone would be calling us the following week to come out. We waited until the end of the week and when no one showed up we called again. We were then told they should haved called us but she will have someone call us . We waited another 5 days and called again. We were told the earliest they could "fit us in " was the end of Sept. We asked to have the owner call us. A young sounding man called us and was very argumentative, we were upset by the way were were being treated and he just added fuel to the fire and argued with us about when they usually come- not very service oriented . It went down hill from here and needless to say we are now looking for another service. The new owners apparently don't care about loyalty and must have enough business that they can afford to mouth off to loyal past customers for 35 years! I will never refer anyone here again.
