Unclear instructions basically got me sprayed in the face ! And honestly I was upset about it but I let it go it wasn't worth writing a bad review for a simple accident . I attempted to contact the facility a couple times after the incident just to make sure it wasn't chemicals or anything in the water sprayed in my face (because my eyes were burning on the drive on way home) I finally got in touch with someone and after explaining I got sprayed in the face the employee on the phone was condescending, rude and just not polite. He says "okayyyyyyy" and "well it was an accident so...." But I didn't call to complain or report I just wanted to know if it was chemicals in the water .....he dismissed me and treated me like I'm not a member of the carwash . No empathy or understanding just total condescending and flat out rude . I was understanding and accepting that it was accident before I called back ....so no need for that type of tone of voice... membership will be cancelled. I understand mistakes happen . I even understand that parts are sometimes broken and need to be replaced, it's been MULTIPLE time when the tire shine doesn't work or the vacuum isn't working properly! If there was an option to give zero stars I would have done that. I had a monthly membership and took my car there 3-4 times a month. I took it there about a week ago and noticed large scratches on my hood when I got the car home. I returned a few days later to talk to the manager and he said he would bring the damage to the attention of the owner. I waited patiently for a reply and got nothing. I returned to talk to the same manager and he told me the owner said he wasn't interested in fixing the damage that was caused by his car wash. Horrible experience and now I have to pay out of pocket to fix something that was caused by someone else. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED!!!!! read more

Drip Car Wash Review: Car wash itself wasn't bad -- got the job done. But that cracked-out white lady they had working there straight messed my car up. Didn't guide me in right, had me rolling off the track, and scratched up my rims. She looked lost and didn't say a word the whole time. Like how you working a car wash and don't even help people line up right? That's your one job. If you go, make sure someone who knows what they're doing is guiding you in -- not her. read more

I am a new member and the 2 times I've tried to go recently (including this morning) they were "closed for maintenance". Yet there wasn't ANY cars or trucks in the parking lot. There wasn't any maintenance going on. If I'm paying you a monthly fucking fee, I expect you to be open. Do your "maintenance" on your off hours. How about from now on when your "closed for maintenance" you give me an extra day tacked on to my monthly membership. Seems fair. Absolute worst place to go cheap machinery and even cheaper workers. It's like they got all of their workers off of craigslist and the owner does not care. They close whenever they feel like it. What's the point of having a membership if I cannot go during the a lot of times that you were open Because your staff wants to close down the entrance 30 minutes early and even up to two hours early because they're sick and don't feel well if you're gonna open a business actually care not just take the money. People have to give you because you're providing a service. Everything comes back around. read more

Drip auto spa is definitely a thorough car wash. You get great value for the cost. The staff is very friendly and good with customers. I had a minor issue that the manager helped me with. They did not make me feel like a burden to them. I was very pleased with the outcome. read more
