You can either go into the automatic bay or use one the 5 bays their to wash your car yourself using their wash hands and brushes. I purchased a new high-end Suburban in 2016 that has only been cleaned at this car wash place. The paint job looks like the day it came out of the showroom new! I also ended up purchasing their 52 pass card which meaningfully discounts each visit. You do pay in advance for the card, but if you can afford it, it is well worth the investment. All the staff are professional, have always done a good job, and have always made it right the very few times something isn't as I expect it to be.
