I am completely impressed with the job that Tom did with my minivan! Tom is the owner/operator and followed up with me via phone many times while I was trying to schedule the interior/exterior detailing on my (completely kid-ified) minivan. I am so grateful he kept calling me back and we got scheduled. Today was THE day and I was nervous not knowing what kind of joint this was, but I knew the reviews were good. I dropped the minivan off around 8:30am and, while the lot in front of their business was crowded, it was a quick process. I explained a few problem areas and let him go to town. He said he trusted we'd be happy with the results. NOTE: the entrance is between two used car dealerships. I got the pick up phone call around 3:15pm. When I arrived, I was BLOWN AWAY! My 2012 minivan looked brand new inside & out. I am no longer driving a dirty, gross, kid-ified minivan. I am driving a fabulous, brand new swagger wagon & loving it. A few months back, hundreds of hard black spots made their way onto my car due to sap/berries from a nasty tree I parked under. The only way I could remove them was with my fingernail. There are a lot of shops around that offer "detailing" services, but I've never used them and haven't been able to find many reviews online. So I started calling area shops. I dealt with two shops over the phone in the Highland area who, admittedly, hadn't seen the car, but I described the issues with my paint. Both of them said they would have to wet sand the car and restore the paint from the ground up. Considering this would cost $600+, I was gonna resort to using my fingernails over the course of a week or two, but there were so many spots I really wanted to avoid this. I called the owner at Auto Butler, Tom, and he had me bring my car in to take a look at it. He tried three different chemicals on the paint and had very little success. Then he offered to try and buff the spots out. It took far more elbow grease than he expected, but the spots started to dissolve. He spent a good half hour really trying his best to tackle the problem, and made sure I was happy with the solution he was presenting. He quoted me a price less than a quarter of what it would cost to wet sand the car. I made an appointment for him to finish the car, picked it up 5 hours later, and the car looks phenomenal. The whole process even fixed dozens of light scratches I had all over my vehicle. Throughout the whole process, Tom was very friendly and very helpful. Further, he and his assistant did a beautiful job polishing, waxing, and cleaning the car/wheels, so even if you're just looking for a hand car wash/wax, you should definitely come here. They also do interior details as well. If I had any complaint, the shop area is full of ancient parts/machines/equipment that really need to be scrapped or sold. But since this is a small operation, I'm wiling to cut them some slack. read more

I can't give enough positive accolades to Tom and crew for the beautiful detailing they gave my Ford Flex yesterday. The poor car hadn't been cleaned in two years, and they made it look brand new, inside and out. Tom also fixed a seat I hadn't been able to move. Tom the owner is awesome . Had bleach spill on my carpet in the rear of my f150 and it had stained the carpet, leaving a horrible smell and the carpet turned white and pink . Tom was able to get the smell out and carpet looks like. I thing ever happened in less the 1 day . Amazing work best in the area read more

WOW! When I picked up my car, I was amazed to see it shine! My neighbor's tree dripped pine sap all over my car and it proceeded to turn black and harden. I was devastated that my new car could be potentially ruined! No matter what I tried I just couldn't get it off, so I called the Butler and Tom was AMAZING!! He and his team not only removed the sap, but they were able to restore its original luster. I couldn't be happier! read more
