After going there today & dealing with the verbally abusive a-holes they employ, I had to go to a different car wash to get my car clean!

Great quality and value. Fast and friendly too. Cleaned the outside and inside and filled air in my tires for $12 bucks

I love this car wash, there's a lot of negative reviews but I don't understand how you could complain about an automatic car wash with multiple cleaning options all under $12 and they give you car fresheners and a microfiber cloth and wipe surfaces. The vacuums are awesome and they even have a tiny air blowy thing that gets particles out of crevices in your car. This place rocks. 10/10 would recommend read more

This is a good car wash that provides good value. If you go with their monthly pass it's easy to maintain your car if your not worried about swirls. They have a great vac set up as well. This is a heavy brush car wash not touch less so if your meticulous about your cars paint stay far away. They are very busy so it's a challenge getting in sometimes. Probably my biggest issue is they do not adjust their wash equipment for cold weather. If they are going to be open and provide service during the cold they need to adjust. The OWNER of this car wash is an ASSH***. The other day there was so much traffic to get into the car wash and the owner started yelling all RUDE at me to move up even though I couldn't move up. He didn't see that someone in the front was stopping traffic backing out from where you park to vacuum ..... thinking it was my fault. And still Was not an appropriate response to yell like an asshole all RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. That's very bad customer service and coming from the owner EVEN WORSE. My husband was super pissed off he got out the truck and told him not yell at us. The owner proceeded to keep yelling and even had the nerve to tell us " GET THE HELL OUT AND DONT COME BACK." Lol ...... well guess what buddy we ain't coming back.... I'll take my money somewhere else. It's your loss. We even asked the employee who set us up for our wash who the ass in the front was and said that's the owner and he said he was having a bad day because they had a lot of accidents..... the employee he was very kind.... however I feel bad for all the employees having to work under that assh***. It's sad that we have never had a bad experience here and the first bad experience is from the owner himself. read more

Took my dirty car to Easy Clean. The white car had just returned from a 3,000 mile road trip, much of it through rain, and had accumulated road grime which one would expect. Knowing the car had accumulate grime, I paid $10.00 for the Ultimate Wash, instead of choosing a cheaper option; however, I did decline the "Showroom Shine", since it was described as a soap based wax, which I didn't believe added anything to the cleaning process. The wash was quick and effortless, unfortunately, it turned out that a bit more effort on behalf of Easy Clean's staff would, in my humble opinion, have been beneficial. When the wash was done I drove away. It was not until several minutes later, when I arrived at my next stop, that I saw the "washed" car and was severely disappointed. It wasn't dirty in spots, it was still covered in road grime from the mid-point of the doors down. I immediately drove back to Easy Clean, and asked that they rewash the car. The employee at the payment stations printed out a new ticket, which I had to sign, and let me through to the wash lane. I told the employee in the wash lane that this was a re-wash, and got an absolutely apathetic response. At that point I had little faith the result would be satisfying, and after completing my second wash, I was not incorrect. There was still dirt and grime below the mid-point of the doors, especially in the corners surrounding the wheel wells. After exiting the wash, I took the paper towels Easy Clean provided with each wash and determined that the grime would in fact come off, and that it didn't take any special effort. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. At this point I had very little faith that a third pass would produce any better results, so I gave up. It aggravated me to walk away, unsatisfied, from a service I had already paid for, but there is another car wash on Indianapolis Blvd, so I took my car and my future business, there. read more

I have been a customer for years at the Highland location. The guys working there were always fantastic. Very happy there.I just purchased a new truck with larger tires that would not fit thru the rails at Highland. I was referred to their Griffith location. Went thru a few times this month and not happy with a very unprofessional employee that has zero customer service skills. I went last night because the OPEN signs were all on and a car was there. I know Highland is always open until 9 pm so I figured they all were. I pulled up and sat for nearly 20 minutes as this same employee sat on his chair and looked at me a number of times without any expression. I did not know they closed at 8 pm and all the OPEN signs stayed on even until I left at 8:25. All the employee had to do was waved at me that they were closed or hand signal me the same. I pulled up a bit and the ringer went off in his office,still no response. Then I see a little sign that says the hours 8-8. So I left frustrated and called 800 number to ask why employee let me sit so long with no gesture that they were closed.Went to Highland branch and employee gave me owners phone number to call and said to call Freddie the owner to report this. So I did today. Well what a response from owner Freddie! He immediately started ranting on how I got his number and that his employee who gave me number was "going to get his ass chewed out". Then went off on me before I could begin to tell him my story. All I wanted was a wave off that they were closed,instead of being looked at a number of times and wasting my time.This Freddie guy did not want to hear my side of what happened and acted as if I was the problem. He said his employees are not allowed to look at or talk to anyone after 8pm. As a business owner myself, I said that if I had witnessed a customer at my business around closing time with OPEN signs all on I would at least make a gesture that I was closed instead of staring at them for 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional owner "Freddie" and told him I do not appreciate being yelled at as if I was the problem. I told him you just lost my business and a longtime customer. Old senile owner is a real piece of work. Went through his car wash and it knocked the turn signal off my mirror so it was dangling by the wires. Showed him and he basically told me I was trying to scam him. Keep in mind I've owned the car for 2yrs and gone through many car washes and that turn signal hasn't once fallen off... Didn't even get so much as a sorry from the owner. He suggested I use a drill and screw it back together. Will never be taking my business here again. If your smart you'd do likewise. read more
