Went through my medical past asked all of right questions inorder to get a practical treatment plan inplace that would benefit me health wise for the future . Offered me practical health advise that would'nt cost me any out of pocket cash on expensive medications that I could do on my own. Very short wait time from reception to seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I ran out of life saving medication on the weekend after my appointment , called the office on Monday for some samples until I received my new perscription. Fifteen minutes after my call , I had 6 bottles of samples which would last me about a month were waiting for me at the front desk. Yes it is true I havent had an appointment with the Chief Physician of the practice Dr. Douglas Alorgbey but he is the person that approved or hired all of the people that work with in the practice which means to me he must be a well respected Physician that is looked up to as a leader in the medical profession. Unfortunately, the front desk experience ruined everything. The receptionist, who spends her time browsing Pinterest on the company computer, was rude and unhelpful. She made it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, and that should have been my first red flag. She even canceled my appointment, blaming it on Tricare's new referral system. In reality, everything had already been submitted correctly, but their billing department mishandled it. To make things worse, she later called me accusing me of missing the very appointment that she herself had canceled. This was nothing but unnecessary chaos. It seems they want everything handed to them without doing their job, and patients end up paying the price. I feel bad for Miss Roth, but hiring someone like this at the front desk is a huge mistake. They don't work well with Tricare. Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They also informed me that I had a certain time frame to use the remaining credits, which was three. They said I had until April 30th to use all credits. My sister is coming to visit May 2nd and I called their establishment to see if could use the credits for her and I. I spoke with Justine and she said I could. Someone else called me back and informed me that since the it was past April 30th the company has a policy that my time had lapsed and I would have to pay for the scheduled appointments. Hand and Stone cares more about profit than customer service. I would never recommend their establishment to anyone. Go somewhere that the owners care about service. Parking is great, they got me in quickly for registration forms and I waited about 20 minutes before being called back. Appointment was total of about 45 minutes which included the annual physical, bloodwork, and Rx refills. Great customer service and quick in and out. My only suggestion is mute the TV in the lobby - you can't hear anything between the music, TV and everyone trying to talk over both! Great place - happy to go back!
