MRI indicated several tendon sprains and labrum tears, but Dr advised that surgery should not be needed, with a combination of steroid injection and PT. Dan did a great job of answering questions and explaining the complexity of the shoulder joint and what was needed to strengthen and fully restore range of motion, as well as eliminate the popping / clicking. He took the time to understand my goals for the shoulder and longer term sports fitness. The gym set up is clean and well equipped.
