Really enjoy Restore, staff & services. They are caring and knowledgeable. I love to sauna. It's clean and private. You can shower after if you need to regroup before work or meeting. Their nurses are very easy to work with and they offer professional recommendations for the different IV's based on your needs. Savannah gives the best facials I've ever had. Definitely book her at the Raleigh location. I do however wish they opened around 8am. 10am is late for me so it's hard to get in as regularly as I would like. But overall 10/10. read more

Getting semaglutide injections through Restore Hyper Wellness in Raleigh has been an absolute nightmare. What should be a simple, scheduled treatment has turned into a chaotic, frustrating mess due to the complete lack of coordination between the nursing staff and front desk. I've had appointments confirmed in person--both by the nurse on duty and the front desk--only to have a different nurse cancel them at the last minute, sometimes without any notification at all. I've shown up expecting to get my shot, only to be told the appointment doesn't exist or can't be honored. It's happened more than once, and it's unacceptable. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get this straightened out is beyond ridiculous. Any convenience this service was supposed to offer has completely evaporated. The staff seems uninformed, disorganized, and poorly trained in managing ongoing treatments like semaglutide. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere. read more

I was finally able to get in to try the infrared sauna at 1608 village market place morrisville as I'm to busy/lazy to book and also am used to the traditional sauna at lifetime. I did notice the temperature was set to 158F, LIFETIME sauna is typically between 170-180F. I really enjoyed the MUSIC! That's what we don't have at LIFETIME. The light was a nice ambiance. And although the temperature was slightly lower than I've come accustomed to, over the 45 min. session, I still did get a nice sweat on. For those that do not use a sauna regularly, the 45 min may be longer than you need and maybe the temperature may be good for you. I really enjoyed the cool scented wash clothe for after the session. I have been extremely happy with the service here. The staff are all down to earth and treat their members like family. I love the atmosphere and look forward to every visit. I've learned a lot about my cells, genes, and health through their biomedical assessments, which has helped me with making better food decisions. I have tried nearly all of their services: cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, IVs, cryoskin, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and compression. My sleep is so much better and my energy is up.
