Later, inside the kit she gave me (most important tool I need) broke. So not only am I out of my money; but I also had to order a new machine. Her only response to it was if It would turn on at all. I have had to pay other instructors for MORE training. When I requested a partial refund; (disputed it through my bank) which was denied. I am writing this as a warning. DO NOT TAKE NAOMI'S CLASS!! Do not go to Glamshack period. If she took my money so easily; I couldn't imagine her doing permanent makeup on my face or anyone else.
