They weren't too happy that I was there during a very busy hour. And I was there to fix their mistakes which was an inconvenience for me to drive back the very next day. No worries I'll just deal with it but the nail tech that was helping me was so rude and just not happy . She attempted to paint over the chipped nail and rushed me out the door. Let's not forget how ugly it now looked and when you pay $60 you want what you paid for. I ended up approaching the manager Cindy and she didn't even acknowledge how Bad it looked and the fact that I was walking out very dissatisfied. I can see why this is the "go to" nail place in this tiny southern city. The building clean, the parking is easy and it's cool inside. Very important here in the Deep South. Happy Nails did such a wonderful job with my feet. They're customer service is absolutely amazing.
