They weren't too happy that I was there during a very busy hour. And I was there to fix their mistakes which was an inconvenience for me to drive back the very next day. No worries I'll just deal with it but the nail tech that was helping me was so rude and just not happy . She attempted to paint over the chipped nail and rushed me out the door. Let's not forget how ugly it now looked and when you pay $60 you want what you paid for. I ended up approaching the manager Cindy and she didn't even acknowledge how Bad it looked and the fact that I was walking out very dissatisfied. I currently had acrylic on my toes and I wanted them removed and I wanted a fresh set. Somewhere along the way it was misinterpreted that I just wanted the acrylic removed and they were very rude about it and then charged me an extra $20 because they had already put gel on one of my feet. I totally understand the lost product and that is fine because I should've said something sooner, but $20 is insane. The guy that was drilling the acrylic off was very heavy-handed and rough. I left with scraped cuticles. I also told him that my toenails were very sensitive and it just seemed like he did not listen to me at all. So $60 later I left with a pedicure and destroyed nailbeds.
