The drivers are consistently on time, professional, and courteous. Since I manage logistics from several states away, it's a huge relief knowing I never have to worry about my executive's transportation. Ride confirmations and receipts are always prompt, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my boss is in great hands. At this point, he's likely met nearly all of the drivers, and he's had a positive experience with every one of them. She was enduring 5-day in-hospital chemo treatments every 21 days and was just starting to receive daily radiation treatments which were scheduled every (week) day for the next 6 weeks. The daily round trip for treatments between her home in Longmont and the hospital is 100 miles. My daughter doesn't drive and her loving hubby was burning through his FMLA benefit at work. He had been taking time off of work since the discovery of the tumors in April to take his wife to her numerous (and scary) medical appointments and treatments. When I returned to Chicago, a friend asked if I had researched whether there was any shuttle or transport services similar to what we've seen in our hometown. The next morning, Sunday, I sent an email to a couple transport service companies based in the Boulder/Longmont area looking for resources. Within an hour, Simon, had responded to me and he immediately proposed a transport solution that would support both my daughter's daily medical treatments and her hubby's dwindling benefit days. Not knowing him or his company, she put her faith in Eight Black for the next 6 weeks. Today, this round of radiation treatment is over. My daughter had put her trust in Eight Black's hands and they took care of her like their own. This man and his company were angels sent from heaven at a very scary and challenging time as he and his team executed flawlessly (and daily) just as he proposed. There are not enough stars or cudos to rank this man and his company. They went so far above and beyond the call of duty. They are the real deal. The owner, the dispatch team and drivers are compassionate, caring and true hero's in my daughter's treatment plan.
