Called the next day and reached one of their managers, explained the situation, that we are waiting for pictures on the damages of the car we are interested which previously received damages and also was stated on their webpage and CarFax. Started to argue with me that this car has no damages and I will be much happier without this car and advised the vehicle is no longer for sale. Your first experience is good. However, two and three times, they promise to do something and never call back. The last vehicle I purchased less than a year ago, has less than 62,000 miles 2016 and I am now having to pay over $900 for an air compressor. The funny thing is, somebody put too much freon in the car and it definitely wasn't me. Not to include, a month before, I had to pay out $300 to fix my car. I called and someone was suppose to call me Monday and it is now Wednesday. They promised my mom to get her a fob and it has been months. Purchased a truck in January, it ended up having an issue. For the first month it wasn't even driven, less than 400 miles put on it. Chasing my tail trying to figure it out. Eventually figured it out, it was the torque converter. Which doesn't just go bad, but funny enough I got it fixed, then gave him a call and let him know. Giving him a chance to make it right, and before I can even tell him what's wrong with it (after dodging my call for days) he already tells me what it's doing, the shuddering issue and excessive locking up. Then tells ford mechanics and I that we were wrong, I'm getting ripped off and I'm stupid. Extremely unprofessional, so the mistake I made was believing his sob story about the other bad reviews. While the fact that they carry only excellent cars put many of my fears of "used car salesmen" to rest, my experiences with Drive Away Enterprises have made me believe that there are actually honest people working in the Used Car Business. We have now bought two cars from this dealership and, in each case, we were at the dealership for less than one hour--including test drives, loan forms and leaving with our "almost new" (2 years old and under 20,000 miles) vehicles. The employees are respectful and helpful. There was no pushing us to buy a vehicle outside of our financial ability--which in this day and age is a rarity. Drive away- my wife and i bought a BMW from them almost two years ago and within 3 months or sooner we had to put in almost four thousand dollars into repairs and they said they couldn't help us out in any way because it was past their 30 day warranty, not even refer us to a reputable repair shop, none the less we seen some cars on their lot and we thought we'd give them a second since there were cars that we were interested in, a hyundai veracruz and another bmw because we've been debating whether to get a second car or trade ours in and wanted to test drive a couple vehicles and go from there but the guy there said we'd have to get pre approved before they'd let us test drive and i said that's not what David had us do when we bought or BMW from them and some guy today said it's always been that way since the day they opened. So after discussing it with him further he said to go ahead and drive the hyundai but not the BMW cause he said "the BMW was too much of a car fot me" i drive one myself that we purchased from them, how rude!! maybe he was having a bad day we all do but you never should treat a paying customer that way. If i could give them zero stars i would. They've lost our business forever. And if you decide to buy a car from them make sure you have it checked out completely from an independent reputable mechanic not their own in house mechanic. I never write reviews but this experience was horrible to say the least and felt like a second class citizen read more
