I was only looking for a car wash for my Model 3 while visiting SD. I stumbled upon Roger's (owner) shop while requesting quotes. Since D'elegance is new to Yelp with 0 reviews, I was very hesitant in committing anything (not to waste anyone's time). Roger turns out to be a very well known in the car community, with 20+ years of expierence. I ended up with a decontamination treatment and 1 yr ceramic coating as temporary protection at the end based on his recommendation and my needs. Long version... It's 11 pm Friday, Roger was very helpful, providing valuable information beyond just pricing. He shared his concern about Model 3's paint quality and his customers experiences, so he recommended ceramic coating as the minimum protection and wants to make sure whatever he is doing will set me up for success later.(Other shops have provided the same recommendation but with little to no explanation.) I wasn't looking for a cermaic coating this weekend due to the following factors: cost, time (I am only visiting), and quality. Roger was able to provide a decontamination and 1yr coating package for just $450, and squeezed an early appointment the next day. It is more than car wash and wax? Absolutely. This is a worry-free protection for the short term, compare to unprotected wax. Sounds very good and dandy but with 0 reviews, it's very hard for me to make a commitment without knowing the quality. I decided to look up D'elegance online. Luckily, I found an video of Roger in AutoCon LA showing some of his work. It looked amazing. Finally, I bit the bullet and schedule an appointment with him. Saturday 9am, I showed up with my very dirty car and finally met Roger. Roger shared more of his Model 3 stories while inspecting the car and suggested that majority of the Model 3 would need paint correction due to factory quality but I can always consider than later. I left the car with him and spent the next 2 to 3 hours at a coffee shop across the street. Roger constantly shared his progress and findings. (That's very good customer service!) My car was finished just before 12pm and I was extremely impressed when I returned. The car had better gloss than it was delivered. The surface was very smooth to touch. (Looked like I just got a new car!) Roger's shop is very well equipped with wide range products and tools. His detailing knowledge shows his experience in the industry. Great customer service! I would definitely go back to D'elegance for the longer term protection and treatment!

I had a 10:00 a. m. appointment with Paige (owner) of Auto-Matic Details at my home today. Paige…read moresaid it will take him a (4 hour) time frame from (10:15 a. m. to 2:15 p. m) to complete these services he will be doing on my (Red), 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. These (5 services) includes: 1. Spray down the whole car with a high power sprayer. 2. Apply car wash liquid soap and use a soft cloth to wash the whole car. 3. Use the sprayer to (rinse off) my car. Paige will also clean all (4 windows) on my car with a windshield cleaner. 4. Paige will scrub all (4 Hub caps), one at a time with a scrub brush. Then he will rinse off these (4 Hub caps) with a spray nozzle hose and then Paige with wipe these (4 hub caps) with a soft micro-fiber cloth. 4. After my car is rinsed completely, Paige will wipe down my whole car with two micro fiber cloths. 5. Then after my car is dried with these micro-fiber cloths. Paige will apply the liquid car wax to my car. 6. Paige will then buff my whole car using these micro-fiber small towels. 7. After Paige has buffed these specific areas on my car, at first Paige will start buffing the front (hood) area and then he will buff the wax out in sections. 8. The next section he will buff is the (top part of the car). 9. The other next sections are the (sides of my car), that is all the way around until he reaches the (back where the trunk of this car) is located at. 10. Then Buffing the wax out of all of these areas will make my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car really shiny that I can see my reflection in it. The wax buffing process is completed by Paige the owner. 11. The final process will be using the vacuum cleaner to get rid of the dust and debris in my car. Also Paige will vacuum the cloth seats and the carpeting on the floor. This is a lot of hard work that I observed Paige doing on my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. After my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car was cleaned by Paige. One company told me to come in and he'd take a look. I went in and he told me I would need to go to him because he is a body shop (and it needed extra work). When Page called me back I dismissed the bumper problem but focused on the interior detail needs. My car is a month old and my loving puppy puked in it. Giving my new car an awful smell! Page came over that day and fixed both the bumper and my interior upholstery problem. The car is back to being Brand New! He will forever have my business and my recommendations. I scheduled an interior detail next week with him for my other vehicle. My dog will be happy because he also leaves Dog cookies! Never have I seen such amazing branding.
