Unfortunately, the product they are using is not professional grade. Within a relatively short period, I noticed significant issues -- hard water stains, swirl marks, and loss of the slick, protective finish. I followed proper wash techniques, so these problems weren't from neglect. When I returned to share my concerns, they offered a goodwill reapplication at no charge, which I appreciated. After learning the product being used I opted to get a paint decontamination and stripping of the old product to prep the vehicle for professional grade ceramic elsewhere. They agreed to decontaminate the vehicle to remove swirls and water marks throughout the vehicle, wash, and wax it. Upon pickup, the vehicle was spotless but the swirl and water marks remain. While I respect that they stood by their work and offered a redo, my recommendation to others would be to confirm exactly which ceramic coating is being applied and research its performance before committing. This shop is great for detailing but not ceramic coat or paint decontamination.

There are too many other choices in San Diego County and this one needs to be avoided. It all starts with first impressions as a new customer. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

They also did a good job on the clay/sealant they used. For $150 ($130 plus $20 tip) I would have expected my windows to be spotless though. Don't know that I would have them come back out to do my car again. They also don't take Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo which was weird because they're mobile. Searched on line for an Auto detailing place for my odor removal issue on my SUV. Found them on YELP. Went there on Monday, spoke with Tony and scheduled my appointment on Wednesday. I took my SUV to them yesterday for a stinky smell from a sauce spilled on the back seat carpet. This was the interior detailing side. The outside detailing was not a priority but was taken cared of also. Believe it or not, after we discussed the details on the jobs to be done, the cost, and time needed to get them done, everything was as scheduled (time wise, ahead of schedule). It was supposed to be a 2 and half hour job but got done in 1 and half hour. WOW, with such attention to detail, professionalism, and most of all OUTSTANDING customer service. What can i say, After reading the reviews on Yelp, i was convinced, had to try them out, and, they are close by so bonus! Took my wife's 2003 Jetta in, lets just say it has never really been cleaned properly other than a driveway car wash. The car had Water spots and crap from a roof being pressure washed onto her car, so i got the combo package. They got it looking like new! paint looked like glass and everything that can be done without repainting it was done. the car looks amazing and i couldn't be happier. Simply put: Tony and the team took my 2016 GMC canyon with dings and scratches on it and made it new again. They undercoated it, cleaned outside and inside, fixed all the dings and scratches, cleaned and detailed the engine, fixed the lock on my topper's window (as a courtesy), and even detailed my truck bed all for a reasonable fee. They were kind, courteous, honest, and timely. They drove me home and picked me up when the job was done. I have never had a company even come close to this experience. From a 1965 Mustang to a 3 year old BMW, everything they touch comes out looking new again. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time.
