Before I started working out at Driven Performance, my gym history had been pretty sporadic. I would go to local gyms but I didn't really know what I was doing which resulted in a lack of routine. Once I started at Driven, that all changed! The owner Hannah does a great job at determining what movements a beginner like myself could do and would modify when necessary to eventually work up to be more challenging at a great pace! I recently broke my leg and was unable to workout as I was non weightbearing. Hannah was more than supportive and offered to modify workouts and work with me to move what I could. The environment is extremely welcoming and as someone who is slightly self conscious in a gym setting, this place really allowed me to feel confident and at ease. Karen Dodos I've been with Driven Performance Functional Training since they opened - the classes are great and you have a ton of different times you can go. You can be in and out in 35 minutes and leave having an awesome workout and covered in sweat or if you ate too much pie over the holidays you can stay and do an additional cardio workout or maybe a strength workout - time it right and you can workout for 90 minutes if you need it - it's customized for ANY fitness level. I came back after 6 weeks off due to surgery. I had gained weight, lost muscle and stamina - I was able to do the same workouts as everyone else with some modifications - after 6 weeks I was back to my prior level of fitness and ready to move forward. I personally have nothing negative to say about this gym. I love how each class is different everyday. The owner really puts her all into this gym, and makes sure everybody is accommodated if somebody has a bad back/knees/shoulders. I always love coming into the gym, getting a good workout in and leaving feeling better than how I did coming in. I have been going for a few months and this is the best gym I've ever been a member of. Everyone cheers everybody on through the workouts and it makes working out enjoyable!! This is more than a gym; it's a community where everyone cheers each other on to achieve their fitness goals. It is reasonably priced given that every workout is the equivalent of having a personal trainer who creates a full body conditioning session and helps participants adjust to meet their body's needs and limitations. Wow! What a place! If you're looking for a thorough work out and be done in a half hour, this is the place! You can come back for more sessions on the same day if you're really driven!
