The main complaint is that they won't accept a CC over the phone. I'm fine paying the convenience fee and yet they still won't offer it as a payment option. -Please figure out how to streamline the payment process in a reasonable manner with a phone payment I find it hard to believe I'm the only one that would benefit from this.

I was in business for myself for awhile and also worked in business marketing in this community and although it does cost money to join the chamber and also to be involved in other arms of the organization I would say that if you are active and network there are many offerings and it is worth the investment. During my involvement I was active with Toastmasters that were all chamber members...Diplomats, which is a ribbon cutting and welcoming to new business committee, and also they have a Greater Leadership Rochester Program that you can join and you are in a class that meets monthly during the year and you learn various things about the community during this time and work on one big final project. I thought this was wonderful and helpful.. Most of my class have gone on to get huge promotions or opened up other doors to a better employment situation. This is a well organized and active group.
