Because of their failure to bring the dumpster in a timely manner, then caused my wife myself, who are both 59, and a 70 year old friend to have to move over 16,000 pounds of bricks twice. And now it has been 10 days since I asked for a pick up and still, no pick up. The dumpster remains in my driveway while I am putting someone else out with having to store my camper in their driveway. Hopefully, this review will get their butt in gear. They worked with us and gave us an earlier date. They also agreed to enter the house using a lock box since we wouldn't be there yet.
