So it was the dreaded thing that no one likes to do and that is moving. We were moving my mother in law out of her home and had to do it in a very short amount of time. With over 40 years of stuff to deal with I knew some of it had to go. I contacted Driveway Dumpsters on a Monday and they delivered a 10 yard dumpster on the day I requested for Wednesday. Not so good here (long story but read before renting) - I have used them twice. First time no problem. Tipped the driver $20 because he was so kind. 2nd time not so good. I ask them to be careful with my basketball goal. Raised it over 10' to be safe. Delivery was great. Pick up not so much. They hit my basketball goal and bent it. It was an unfortunate situation. I sent an email explaining that and wanted them to reach out to me. About a day and a half later I had to reach back out surprised I didn't see a quicker response. Driveway Dumpsters sent someone out without responding to me to investigate the situation. Took pictures and claimed I tried to "Fraud" them into a new goal because there was prior damage. I could have explained the situation if they would have called because that wasn't even close to what my request was. I just wanted someone to come out and bend the top part of the goal back. Very disappointed in their reaction on this. Call somebody! Don't assume - The owner Chase said I almost got the driver fired because of my email. WTH! If the driver would have knocked it down and Chase would have said we are firing the driver I would have said no. I'll figure something out. Calling someone a fraud without having a conversation with them is disappointing at the minimum. It was an unfortunate situation. I actually have ordered from them twice. I love the fact that they are so quick. I called on a Thursday, they asked me when I wanted the dumpster and it was delivered. No muss, no fuss. The price for delivery has went up and so depending on where you live it may be a bit pricey but it's still cheaper than say Junk.Kings. When your done ypu just call and they come get it. They place the dumpster exactly where you want it and insure no damage to your driveway occurs by utilizing wooden blocks. I can get a dumpster delivered to me within a few hours? The cheapest rates in the area? That's the experience I got with them. When you are done with the dumpster, they come and pick it up same day you call. Cant get that with Rumpke or any other dumpster company I've used. 5 stars! read more

So Apparently Budget Dumpster Contracted out to these guys... Per Budget Dumpster, I was overweight by the landfill's scales, but all they provide is a receipt from these guys.... so by proxy this company is just was terrible. They lied to Budget dumpster about the weight of my trash and apparently are claiming to be a dumpsite. read more
