So when notifying Rumpke about being unhappy with the fee they cancelled my whole payment and said mail in payment. Of course they could have just refunded the fee and took the payment. So now they will have to deal with the mail delay TA DA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also notified my city mayor & clerk to let citizens know. The recycle truck is able to find our cans. According to the supervisor, it's not because the driver can't go backwards, he just keeps forgetting to go backwards and pick up our trash. They are always really sorry, and promise next week the driver will be able to understand to pick up our trash. But alas, it has yet to happen. They have a monopoly on trash retrieval, so, the City of Middletown Ohio has no choice but to take the incompetence of Rumpke.
