He was friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly knew his stuff. The quote to replace the damaged fence and driveway gate was very reasonable--and the work was scheduled just a few days later. They showed up on time, finished on time, and left the site spotless. The workmanship is excellent, and the new fence looks great. Start to finish, wish I had never called them to install a fence for my daughter…read more 15 weeks from contract to installation, had to come back due to incredibly poor work, missing parts, gaps that her dog could fit through that my husband had to fix, no showed for the first fix and wasted my time going to meet them, left numerous pieces and parts in the yard when they left, terrible communication, rude employees. But they took off $200 from a $4600 job! So I guess that should make it all better. All around the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would give them zero stars if I could.

New York State Fence originally installed a privacy fence that is at a house I purchased. The…read morefence was not installed and anchored appropriately for the property-specific soil, so I called them about repairing the fence, as the panels were still in good shape. They had not interest in reusing my panels and claimed it would be more expensive to reuse my panels than to buy new ones (which makes no sense). They also said that they install all fences posts the same (30" deep) regardless of soil conditions and would not adjust there strategy to soft soils. They came across as dishonest and with a complete lack of technical "know how" for all but the simplest installations. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
