    This dealer is super-shady. From the moment you step into the store until you get in the vehicle…read moreand lock the doors, you're wondering what prank is being pulled. First off, the TINY store is near impossible to find in the nearby strip mall and the trucks are parked on the street about a block and a half away on the dead-end 33 Ave. The dealer acted incredulous when I came in to get the keys (after doing the online check-in) and pointed out that there was likely less fuel than expected thanks to a puddle of gasoline and hose on the ground, along with a missing gas cap. After he came and verified, he admitted this happened "often" to the 26' trucks like the one I was renting. He then suggested I pull it across four lanes of traffic to make a left turn to the nearest gas station to refuel. Not thinking that prudent, I was able to get it to the South Edmonton Common stations. The truck was a piece of junk, the brakes were noisy and the "maintenance required" light was on from beginning of rental to end. But that isn't the half of it. The dealer failed to install the seals on the blanket bag and the hand truck, then accused me of breaking them and using them. Not feeling like wasting my time over $15, I let him charge me... but this one-star review is coming out of that. Honestly -- if you *need* to go with UHaul, avoid the "neighbourhood" dealers and go straight to the corporate stores. You'll be MUCH better off if my experience here is any indicator.

    I rented a 26 foot car hauler by phone from their 1800number…read more Was told yes they would have it ready an a nw location at 7 am was up getting ready started my truck was on my way and got a call from uhaul 7 am to tell me nope sorry they changed the location of my trailer pick up to 95th and 50 street location and now it wouldn't be ready until after 330 pm sometime to come in after that to come get my 26 foot trailer.. Got there paid the deposit paid for the rental went out back to have them hitch me to a 12 to 14 foot car hauler that was not what I had been told by customer service that I would be picking up I told them that's not what I paid for that wont move the things I need moved the most which were a holiday trailer attached to a dodge ram 1500 ..They told me it was the biggest trailer they had that I should contact customer service again .. So I did was told I would get a refund upon the return of the trailer .. Well I returned the trailer after hours the next day because i had has some truck trouble and got stuck on the side of the road which I had contacted them about and they said was fine as long as the trailer got returned before morning .they where supposed to make a not on the file so I returned the trailer took pictures and 2-3 days later after dropping off the trailer I guess no one put in the trailer sitting in the yard had been returned so instead of getting a refund like they should be doing for renting me a trailer they don't even have to rent out and wasting my time and money now they are trying to charge me for days that the trailer was sitting in their yard just to cold to go outside and check to see it had been sitting there after I contacted customer service sent them picks of it still sitting in the uhaul parking lot . Beyond disgusted..what kind of customer service rent people trailers they dont have cant move the things you need to with it promises you a refund then because they didnt put it back in the system are trying to charge more money for a trailer they probably already rented out to someone else be

We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and we never felt pressured. We decided to go ahead and purchase our new CRV and it was available for pickup when promised. The Financial Services Manager Mikias was a please to deal with and offered us protection packages. Mikias didn't pressure us to buy but we did purchase the extended warranty and a protection package. On our pickup day we were very excited and were given a thorough tour of our new vehicle. Our tech was Jona who explained the vehicle settings for the use of our hybrid. He even paired our phones for us! A big shout out to the team at Wheaton Honda. It appears more focused on generating revenue than accurately diagnosing and resolving issues. Their parts are also noticeably more expensive compared to other dealerships. Recommendations: * Obtain a second opinion from a reputable third-party mechanic before authorizing any major maintenance or repairs at Wheaton Honda. * Do not collect your vehicle or sign off on service without a proper walkthrough with service rep. Request a detailed review of the completed work with the service representative to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed * Exercise caution when relying on the assurances from the Service Manager (warranty stage) - Ensure all service details and commitments are documented in writing. Also send an email with details to dealership and copy Honda Canada. * If problems persist after service, promptly report the issue to Honda Canada and file a formal complaint. all the best
