I emailed multiple times and FINALLY got a confirmation of the cancellation. This business made me nervous, so I also filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am glad I did because they never actually refunded my payment and are now disputing the refund my credit card company issued and claiming that I used the services and never asked for a refund.
