We had a new floor put down in my kitchen/dining room. The floors are heated and what we picked was supposed to be ok. Unfortunately it kept separating, DRL came back to repair rather quickly, but it happened again. So the owner Daryl said, we are going to pull this up and put a new floor. He showed us floors he knew would be ok, it was more than the original, but he put the new floor in at no charge to me. Now, it's beautiful and I am happy! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS SO MUCH TO THEM. Staff was polite and knowledgeablw but it ends there. Had carpet installed and it wasn't Darrel or anyone we dealt with at the showroom. Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right! read more

Went into showroom twice and left with samples. Darrell the owner came out to measure the job and spoke about how important customers are and his level of expectation. We emailed him the following day with our final choice and returned the samples later that day. Darrell was there and acknowledged receiving our email and said it would take a couple of days to get the quote. That was June 28, 2019.
