I had arranged for people to move me but it fell thru at the last minute. I called DRN. Derek, the owner, came personally to give me an estimate. He spent time with me and answered all my questions. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my move for June 1st. My movers were Kyle and Stanley and they were absolutely great! They moved my stuff to my 3rd floor condo (32 steps and no elevator)! They were very professional but really pleasant and friendly. They wrapped everything so there was no damage and the move went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you need to move, you need to call Derek -- you will not be sorry!

They were able to give me a spot on estimate. The movers arrived early, communicated ahead of time, verified times with myself and made sure they had directions and location down without any issues. They were very friendly, helpful and even knew the easiest and most effective way to get furniture into a two and three story condo! I couldn't have made it with DRN!!! We were on a tight budget as most moves require and were under stressful circumstances. We advised them we only had the amount agreed upon and they walked off the job and left us with a half moved job to figure out what to do ourselves. Having a small child and plans to leave that evening made for a very difficult situation. We had to leave to drive out of town many hours after we planned and late into the evening. The worst part was that we had given them several other moving jobs over the past year. I don't usually right poor reviews but this made our move so stressful and left us with no idea what to do. I wouldn't want any family to have to go through what we did.
