I'm at a loss for words to describe how pleased I am with the work performed by Blake and "D". After reading all the very positive reviews for Drop I had high expectations but fully understood that after years of grand-kid abuse and road grime, there were some areas of our car that simply could not be restored short of replacement. In fact I was a little embarrassed when Blake and I did the initial eval of condition and what I could expect. When I picked up our car I was literally shocked..."Shocked"!!! It just didn't seem possible they could have created the masterpiece I was looking at from the canvas I had left them with. This car looked impossibly amazing. I can't express enough how incredible this car looked. I still cant get over it two days later. I don't think it looked this good brand spanking new with 4 miles on it when we first purchased it. In fact I'm convinced Blake and D are in the wrong profession. They should have been magicians - they truly performed magic on this car. I guess its safe to say I was a little impressed. Ok Last thing I'll say is this. When I picked up the car I was so taken by the exterior and interior I completely forgot about the engine detail and never lifted the hood. Later that night after getting home I remembered we didn't look at it and then went to take a peek. I opened the hood and I'm not sure but I think I could hear angles singing. I guarantee this engine compartment, NEVER looked the way it did. Every single nook and cranny was spotless and brightly shinned in that "TaDaaa" moment. I could only think...Are you kidding me... By far and away the best car service we have ever received. My wife surprised me by getting our car fully detailed but wasnt sure what to expect. Blake was great to talk to on the phone and made sure she had all of our questions answered so we could get the best service. Mike and Darren were also fantastic to work with, especially Mike. They were friendly, detail-oriented, kept by wife informed the whole time about time frames and what they were working on. They were efficient and took time to clean every inch of our car. They were kind and easy to communicate with, letting her know of costs up front and how costs could change if there was something out of the ordinary. We were lucky to stumble upon them! And it's definitely not a wonder anymore why they have so many 5 star reviews. They truly are the best and worth every penny. Blake is simply amazing. My car is the cleanest it has EVER looked -- pretty much like brand new. Even more, as I was setting up my appointment, he asked what my favorite treat was. When I told him Reese's, I thought nothing of it. But when I got in my car after the appointment what did I find? A Reese's bar with a personal note thanking me for my business! I rarely see service like this anywhere. Furthermore, when I picked up my friend later that day, he immediately noticed the difference and wouldn't stop commenting on how great my car looks. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Drop. They treated my worn Subaru like it was one of the luxury vehicles they usually work on. Blake and Alex did an AMAZING job. My 2008 Lexus, which is well worn and loved by me and my three young children looks BRAND NEW. Three separate neighbors came to see the results and each one said the same thing. The Level 2 detail is well worth the cost--they cleaned and polished everything from the seats and dash to the air ducts and wheel wells. The paint job also somehow looks brand new. Beyond excellent workmanship, Blake and Alex are incredibly friendly and respectful. Blake even drove me to and from my nearby office so that I could work while he detailed. All with a big smile. These guys were awesome. Could not have asked for nicer, more professional guys. We booked the appointment and received immediate confirmation via text. Blake called the week of the appointment and asked several questions about what I was hoping to achieve and details about the car. On the day of the appointment, he called to confirm and let me know they were on their way. I recently tried Drop Detailing for my car, and it was an okay experience. The staff was friendly, but I felt like the cleaning could've been more thorough. There were still some spots missed after the job, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a decent option if you're in a pinch, but I expected a bit more for the price.
