My hygienist was Heather who did a great job. No slips, no pain, very thorough and friendly. She was very kind and patient as I managed my anxiety attack. The dentist was great (sorry, I forget his name). Through & gentle. I asked questions about a new night guard & he was pushy with other services like other dentists that I have used. The office was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the overwhelming air freshener usage in the waiting area and bathroom. It made my eyes burn and my chest was getting tight while in the waiting room. Fortunately, I was only waiting 2-3 minutes. But if you are sensitive to air fresheners, this isn't a good place for you unless they make arrangements to use a different entrance. The treatment room was fine. Just normal dentist office smells. I did make another appointment & look forward to returning.

Receptionists are rude and the business manager is exceptionally unprofessional. My daughter had a tooth replaced. Not only did this practice drag out the procedure into six appointments over the period of seven months, but they changed the cost of the procedure three times. This procedure wasn't covered by our dental insurance. We paid out of pocket. Our insurance company has indicated that this is a predatory practice used to garner more money from a patient. To top this all off I was texted on a Sunday morning from the dentist's personal number to "remind" me of an appointment for the following morning that I wasn't even aware of - barely giving me 24 hours notice. Because I declined without giving them 24 hours notice they have charged me a $100 cancellation fee. This dentist is an unethical Creeper. Glossner& Mermick was one of the dentist offices that showed up. They werent the first ones i called, however they were the first ones that could see me that day. The dentist i had was dr glossner and i can say i was very lucky to get him as my dentist. Dr glossner is a smart very attentive dentist. He took the time to make sure that the mold of the crown was as near to perfect as you could get. His attention to detail is what really made me comfortable in the dental chair. I returned to the office to discuss my options and was provided with a single Essix retainer. When that retainer eventually broke, I reached out by email hoping to obtain a replacement. I was told there wasn't much they could do to help me, which was disappointing since I wanted to maintain the results of my treatment. Unfortunately, my teeth continued to shift to the point that I ultimately had to start a completely new treatment (Invisalign) in 2024, which I completed in 2026. This meant additional time, expense, and inconvenience years after my original orthodontic treatment. In mid November, my husband started to experience severe tooth pain. They were able to get him in…read moresame day to take a look and letting him know he needed a root canal. The dentist said she could refer him out to a specialist but would love to do it in office, so my husband just made the appointment with the dentist. When he went in, she started the procedure and had to stop due to the dentist perforating a root during the procedure. She then referred him out to a specialist for us to find out the error could NOT get fix and the tooth would need extracted. Once I informed the office the tooth needed extracted, they said a referral would be sent to an oral surgeon. I waited for the oral surgeon to call and never received one so once I called they informed me they never got the referral. The oral surgeon was also booking 1.5 months out for extraction and implant consultation appointment. I then called the office again to see if anyone could speak with the oral surgeon about getting in sooner than 1.5 months and they seemed reluctant to help but said they would try. A few days later I followed up with the oral surgeon to find out they never heard from the dentist and still never received now the second referral. There was a cancellation with the oral surgeon so we were able to get in for a consult sooner than anticipated. After the consult appointment, I reached back out to Center Street Family Dentistry to see if they would be willing to help cover any of the cost for the extraction and implant procedure. I was told "probably not" but they would get back to me. After another week, never heard anything so I called and was told that because of the consent form that my husband signed before the root canal procedure there was nothing they could do. No, there was nothing they WANTED to do. This office needs to work on customer support, anytime I was told they would call me back, they never did and I had to call them. 5 STARS for creating more work for us and wiping your hands clean of a problem you made worse. 1 star for the HUGE inconvenience this made on our lives both emotionally and financially and being absolutely ZERO help.

Dr. Fields was our dentist for about 5 years until we moved to a different state. Dr. Fields is a great doctor! And not only because he is very attentive and does every teeth job to perfection whatever it takes him (I had some complicated demands) and such a nice person to deal with. In other words we liked him very much. Of cause It could be our individual feelings. The more objective thing, which probably hard to realize while you are visiting the same doctor, is visiting a number of different doctors. And of cause that became necessary at our new locations. Every doctor I see is very impressed with the conditions of my teeth and the quality of work that was done, especially crowns and root canals. Every doctor notes what a good dentist I must have before. And they have nothing left to improve, everything my teeth could need was done by doctor Fields. Thank you, Dr.Fields!
