This review is solely for the laundromat part of the business. The fluff and fold part is stellar with great customer service and what looks like satisfied repeat customers. However, the self-service laundry aspect has gone down hill. Prices have gone up (again), and to justify it, more machines are out of order?! I've been standing next to a locked washer now for a half hour waiting for the machine to unlock with my clothes drained of water, but it just keeps spinning on wash mode. The attendant (who are all usually on their game and present) has seemingly disappeared. I've now spent $15.75 for one load of wash and it's STILL IN THE WASHER. The machine will not unlock and allow me to get my clothes. I'm sorry Ocean, but this lack of service made me lower my review to two stars. read more

When your clothes arrive, they're neatly folded which makes putting things away so much easier (and less strenuous especially on these hot days). We've had our laundry set to the unscented option for detergent and have had no issues with cleanliness or care of our clothes. So, I overstayed my trip and instead of just buying new clothes I looked around for a laundromat. The time it would take to do my laundry and with the things I needed to get done, it just wasn't feasible. The alternative was a dry cleaner, but so pricy just to leave my clothes smelling bland. Instead I opted for a pick and delivery laundry service. Boom! Jumped on the Google and Coco, along with others popped up. I have a busy schedule so I reached out and Coco was the only one that was willing to do my laundry same day and deliver same day. I placed my order and it was picked up by their friendly staff. It was picked up from my hotel. They said they could do same day service. So I assumed I'd get it well into the evening. Nope! I got it about 4 hours later (I'm sure times vary by amount of clothes). I checked my clothes and they were nicely folded, smell sooooo fresh and were separated by clothes colors (whites, colors, lights). I am beyond impressed and highly recommend their services. Who loves doing laundry?? Not me but CoCo makes it fast and easy :) It's located off Termino and 7th street, it's in a plaza with a few other stores. Lots of free parking in the lot right out front. I've been coming to CoCo for almost 2 years now. This place is very functional and the prices are very competitive to other laundromat around. They offer a wide selection of machines to wash ranging from $4.50 for the smaller machines up to $6.75 for the larger machines, along with tons of drying machines for $0.25 for 10min. What I love about this location and I'm sure lots of others have caught on to the hype, they offer a fluff and fold service. Fluff and fold is literally you dropping off your laundry loads and they will wash, dry, and fold your stuff all for a small price which is charged by the pound. I once met the owner which was very nice and welcoming and every time I do come in there is a staff here which is doing the fluff and fold but are always very nice and helpful if needed. The place is supper cute and always clean, I have yet to have a bad experience or find anything dirty when I come do my laundry. They have tons of seating for people to sit and wait, along with a little refrigerator if you wanted to purchase a cold drink/water. They also have a vending machine that offers detergents and other cleaning items if you forgot to bring something... for purchase of course. Well... I never knew they were right next door to my Chinese fast food spot. First time ever using them for laundry service and it was perfect. Brought in 23 lbs of clothes and got it back the next day. Prices are great! The cheapest wash is a little high but the bigger loads are a fantastic price. My clothes actually get washed in their machines, they aren't 15 minutes washes which was an issue I was running into. I'd go to places and only wash my clothes for like 16 minutes and my clothes wouldn't be clean.. service seems nice! They helped me when my quarters got stuck. They are also very busy with fluff and fold so they must me doing something right! read more

Owner Ocean gives excellent recommendations and is very helpful to all customers. I have done the Fluff and Fold service every time I have been here. All you have to do is drop off your clothes, and you get a text about when to pick them up. They are all folded and in a nice plastic bag. It's incredibly convenient if you work or are busy cause you know "time is money." Not only is it the only cashless laundromat on this side of LB but it's always clean, it's staff is always helpful, and the owners are so kind! The transparency of the company is refreshing. The owners always advise if there's a price hike and why. The parking lot is big and has lots of space. Coco Laundry was my first experience with the laundromat. The worker there was so nice and helping me he explained what each washer does and where the dryers are and when the card reader messed up on the app, can you put a quarter in to help complete the purchase. Parking is easy it's right up front. They don't have too much seating inside and no AC so super hot when I went in the middle of the day. I really enjoyed the large washer because I had such a big load probably four washers worth was able to get washed in that one load . I went at 1 PM and there was maybe for other people in there with me. This will be my spot when I need to wash my clothes! Washer took 30 min and dryer took 30 min! read more

i've been coming to coco laundry for four years now. i am disappointed to say i will not be coming back and will have to find a more affordable laundromat. i go to the laundromat because i cannot afford an apartment with in-unit washer/dryer. the current change of prices has priced me out of being able to afford my local laundromat. i wash my clothes every week and a half and my bedding 1-2x a month. i cannot afford to spend $50+ a month on laundry. i understand inflation costs but this is too much. the smallest washing machine is $5.25 and hot water costs extra when it didn't used to in previous years. the machines i wash my bedding in is now $8 for a load. this isn't a luxury laundromat but it sure is priced like one. read more
