Found this company on yelp and thrilled to find out that it belongs to the son of a family who's family owns and operates a fantastic little restraint called Seasons Harvest in Cypress! Anyways, I was able to drop off the knives, eat a fantastic GLUTEN FREE lunch and go about my way. Was called the next day to let me know they were done, and I could come pick up at my leisure. Came back a few days later, stopped to eat breakfast and my knives were wrapped and waiting for me. Got home, unwrapped, cleaned and tried them out. They were perfect!
