Upon retrieving the watch they could not service, I was given the watch back with the caseback not affixed. Please do not bring your watches here. I heard nothing for nearly 3 months and had to call back for an update, being told it would take "approximately 2 more weeks" and that they would call me back with an update. A month later with no contact, I had to call back AGAIN for an update. This time, I was told they were having issues sourcing a part and would call me back the next day for an update. Unsurprisingly, there was no call back and I had to call back YET AGAIN for an update just to be told the part could not be sourced and they could not properly service the watch. I'm beginning to think if I did not repeatedly call back to push them for updates, they would have never reached out and would have ultimately sold the watch, as the signs in their shop indicate that would be the case. Horrendous business practices.
