They came out the same day on a Friday at 9p.m. to pick up the washer (did I mention it was shoved in a closet on the second floor?) and returned it to us Monday at 7p.m. They picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it back to us for $200 less than the cost of that great deal we found on a new Kenmore washer. If you pride yourself on supporting small business, then buy with confidence from these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and working within our budget. P.S., the Sears quote to repair the Samsung washer was over $1300. Our bill from JCM was a fraction of that!

I went to another counter to complete my purchase. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at Home Depot. All this over a two dollar pack of screws. Unbelievable.
