Excellent sharpening skills and quick, to boot! We always find them at the farmers market on Saturday morning.

So happy to have found a local company to sharpen our expensive knives! I waited entirely too long to have this done because I wasn't wanting to send them off, or deal with some of the people who seamed like they didn't even want our business. Found this company on yelp and thrilled to find out that it belongs to the son of a family who's family owns and operates a fantastic little restraint called Seasons Harvest in Cypress! If you haven't been there, you are missing out on a lovely little peaceful eatery that feels like you are our in the country slowing down and enjoying life. Anyways, I was able to drop off the knives, eat a fantastic GLUTEN FREE lunch and go about my way. Was called the next day to let me know they were done, and I could come pick up at my leisure. Came back a few days later, stopped to eat breakfast and my knives were wrapped and waiting for me. Got home, unwrapped, cleaned and tried them out. They were perfect! Can't believe I waited so long to get these done. I also have a pizza cutter sharpened, who knew you could have this done? Yeah I know those aren't really expensive, but it's still cheaper to have them sharpened than to buy new. And I'm being a good steward but taking care of what I have and not adding to more junk. So official review? 5/5 Adding this company to my go-to for knife sharpening. Took good care of my expensive knives, finished in a timely matter, great communication, and GREAT VALUE! They came out to my home on the outskirts of the Woodlands and for $60 sharpened 9 knives. In all it took him about 30 minutes and we will be calling them back in a few months. Our knives are very sharp, it is fantastic. I even gave myself a deep cut across the palm being careless. 10/10! read more

I used them at the farmer's market one time. He was very busy. He gave me about a 40 min estimate. I mostly went there to get my knives sharpened but did want to look around. Well I had to wait a total of about twice that. He did get the knives pretty sharp. Not close to as sharp as that came new. The biggest downside for me is they just did not stay sharp for long. Maybe 2 or 3 months max. I have learned how to put a good edge on my knives after that. They tend to hold a edge for about 6 months. read more

I had a good experience with Premier Sharpening. (Note this is the same company as "Help Your Knife," another knife sharpening business reviewed on yelp.) I called this morning to see if the business was going to have a stand at the Rice Farmer's Market as other reviewers had stated that was where the business could be found. The man who answered said the business was not there, but that he could come to my home this afternoon. I asked what the trip charge was. He said none if you have over $40 worth of work and $40 otherwise. Cost is $1 per inch of knife blade. Cost ended up being $155 for all my cutting knives. Before he arrived, I had estimated the blade lengths quickly with a measuring tape and came to a rough estimate of my own of $130. I figured $155 was likely right given that I had done a slap dash job of measuring. He came when he said he would come in a clearly marked van. He was the man pictured. I thought that the posting of his photo on yelp was helpful, since he was coming to my home; I liked knowing who to expect at the door. He was very nice, quickly received my knives, took them into his van where he did his work, and came back 45 minutes later with sharp knives and a total. My knives are sharp.
