I have never felt so annoyed and played over minor issues with products like this. I just left this Smoke Shop who pissed me off so bad I had to write this review as soon as I got out. I walked in and it was a nice bright place makes you think that it is a legitimate store with great service. I went in to buy Juul Pods and a Puff Bar the cashier told me it was $12 for the Bar and $18 for the Pods. These are normal prices anywhere you go in Brooklyn so I didn't give it a second thought. I gave him $40 and he gave me $1 back. Right Away I told him "wait it's suppose to be $10 change" and the cashier says plus tax. I then politely said "$9 tax on $30? That's a bit much and Tax should be included, everywhere I have shopped the price presented is the price paid. but even so That's not right it should be $35 max with tax". He responds and says sorry that is the price. I was annoyed at this point and said okay I'd like a refund and I'm taking my business elsewhere. Keep in mind I have not left the store I have not even taken the product off the table I was just holding the $1 change. The employee then tells me no refunds... this pissed me off... I said are you serious? This isn't even considered a refund! I never left the store. With nothing else I can do you can feel the frustration boiling in me. I took the product walked out and told them my friends and I would never comeback here and I would make sure to write a review on all platforms to make sure no one feels scammed. As I get home writing this review I open up the Pods and Ofcourse with my luck I find the these Pods are fake... you can tell by the shade of dark yellow the liquid in the pods have. Real pods are very clear and faintly barely any color. I would go back and demand a refund again but with my experience So far it would be a waste of time. This is a warning to those who may be fooled by the ambience at this fake and over priced smoke shop. read more
