Additionally Maven never came back to do a quality inspection after the roof was installed. Now only 5 years later we have a growing water spot on the ceiling in our bedroom. My conversations have gone nowhere as Maven apparently has an agreement with the company that supplies the materials for any warranty concerns or repairs. The Maven representative was nice enough to contact me back and offer to come out and provide an estimate to repair at my expense at the suggestion if his manager when she also refused to send anyone out. The driver was arrogant and sped down my residential road. I then called the owner who said it was my fault and his driver was under my direction as to where to place the trusses.
