The sad part of it is they have to pay attention to the reason of the Public Adjuster Firm to be hired was to get an " Estimate of Damages " which by document labeled " Estimate " you would have gotten the idea it meant just what the file name was. No Beth was told more than once that Damage estimate was by the firm $68,878..62 and the amount of damage by an employee / workers had done by his direction and lack of control of the well I'm not sure what the 4 other guys were but never the less they were there and he was in control. His name was Felipe and in English Phillip but anyways they splashed paint all over our porch , 7 out 8 walls ,the flashing work on the upper roof , on our side walk , wiped their feet on one of my tower rungs , all over our grass , well I think you get the idea , They didn't care . Didn't bring a drop cloth to stop the splatter , got the roof coating on one of our window screens , and on a small solar panel and they wonder why I called it " poor workmanship " Gee I wonder. These folks have a convenient manner of not being able to see the pictures that the poor yet the complete insult in our opinion . Reminds me of another person that will remain nameless. One more comment , A complaint was Mailed in the Tennessee State Attorney General's office Consumer Affairs and the complaint letter was sent to them twice and ignored twice. This was told to me by the case worker for our complaint. I'm guessing it got lost in the mail , Hmmm. It sure is funny how the complaint letter got their from the Tennessee State Contractor Board the was suggested by an attorney that we didn't hire . We tried to get the Legal Aide to take the case and we were told by the head attorney they didn't handle these cases but he would ask a round and still haven't heard anything. Also they responded to the complaint letter that was mail to the North Carolina Attorney General Consumer Affairs office as well. So I guess Beth has been talking to a ghost attorney that we have no idea about. And the reason for not having them here is for my Health reasons and that is all I'm going to say. I will say I wished we never hired them $68.878.62 in the Estimate damage well exceeds the $6240 that we paid for this Poor Workmanship in our opinion. And after talking to a rep from Sherwin - Williams ,with no mention of a warranty and all he was going to come here and make suggestions as I understood the conversation on the phone . Suggestions wasn't going to repair the 5 rafters that Mavens workers broke loose and I was not going have a another army on our roof again. I will do the repairs myself because it's rocket science. However, Mr. F refused to accept this resolution. In an effort to further address his concerns, Mr. F. retained a public attorney to represent him in this matter. After reviewing the case, the attorney later chose to drop it, indicating that there was no further legal basis for action against our company. Had Maven replace my roof in Rose Hill. They did what they said they would and I appreciate the workers attention to detail. Anthony Supeck, site manager, was on the roof, on the ground, procuring additional supplies and helping with cleanup. His crew started around 0700 and finished around 1700. They replaced eight sheets of rotted decking during the process. Being an aviation trained veteran I policed the yard around the house with them for nails while workers drug magnets repeatedly over the areas. At this point I can't say anything derogatory about the total roof replacement. The roof inspectors/salesmen did a thorough job by inspecting both the attic space and the rooftop. Unknown to them, Joe and Scott?, I'd been in the attic the day before during a monsoon thunderstorm rain event and knew of several major issues over the garage and laundry room. To their credit they found several more problems that hadn't stained the ceilings inside. The only negative (isn't there always something?) was actual start date promised by the scheduling folks. I was promised a start date, drove an hour to be there on original said date, only to have it rescheduled due to availability of crews the first date. The second date was rained out by more monsoon rains but everything clicked the third date. I've had the pleasure and experienced the pain of replacing two roofs before 40yo but at 63 it ain't happening again. A word to the wise: save up for old age and rainy days as grandma used to say and leave the roofing to the professionals. I initially contacted Maven when I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in my son's bedroom. They identified the problem as a chimney issue, assured me that they would fix it, and guaranteed the repair. However, the wet spot worsened, so I called Maven again. This time, they attributed the problem to a leaking AC drip line. I had an AC specialist inspect the issue, and they confirmed that the problem was actually with the roof. Despite my repeated requests for Maven to address the actual roof problem, getting them to come back and fix it has been incredibly frustrating. With a hurricane approaching, the water damage has worsened, and I'm now using a trash can to catch the water dripping into my son's room. Everyone arrived on time if not early everyone was courteous worked very well as they pulled stuff up to repair they cleaned along with it. Five guys working on the roof they had to remove the metal roofing after removing the metal roof and they found out that there was shingles still on the roof took that down repaired damages that that made by previous roofers. They let me know what was going on on each stop or each thing they were doing. I would recommend this company to anyone that ask they have a supervisor on the ground that you can talk to the whole time that the workers are working if there's something you do not like you speak with that supervisor and he will make sure that it's done or if it needs to be done the whole team was very courteous, and easy to speak with. I will be recommending this company to anyone that I know needs a roofing repair or even looking at the roof to see if it needs repair or a new roof. read more

I had a few missing shingles on my roof and wanted to make sure I didn't have a leak. They did an inspection and we decided to submit an insurance claim and finance.
