Dr. Alaina did full body x-rays, thoroughly assessed my posture, prescribed me exercises specific to the way my spine was curved to help take pressure off of and unwind the curves, and correct my posture. my pain levels went from severe to mild when i consistently do these exercises and wear my brace. the brace she make's accessible to her scoliosis patients is made from 3D technology that is custom made specifically for each individual. the brace, in combination with the exercises has reduced the size of my curves. when i found this practice, i was in a state of chronic agony and pain for years and no matter what i did i could not relieve it. she brought me out of this state of constant pain that was weighing me down everyday. i am extremely grateful that a practice like this exists in my hometown, they are a needle in a haystack.

I called and left a message about hoping to get in quickly for a consult and an adjustment due to some back strain from moving/biking/life. However, being in meetings on a Monday and Tuesday meant little time to actually try to schedule something - can't be stepping out to make calls constantly. Dr. Steven was able to work with my schedule over text, and within a matter of minutes, I had an appointment that fit my schedule, and he gave me some (very reasonable) cost for services. I wasn't in the quaint waiting room before Dr. Steven came in to get me. On time. His demeanor was very casual and welcoming, which I love. I had a chiropractor once whose mannerisms were so erratic, I would always get nervous he was going to snap something or trip over his own feet (he was good, though, but man, just made me nervous). We went to his office, and he sat down and listened to me. Just sitting down and conversing with me meant a lot - no jittery movements, no multitasking, no BS. He took a great history and did some test movements to make sure he wouldn't injure anything before doing an adjustment. His adjustments lasted a fair bit longer than I have had in the past, as I usually get a quick crack or two then shoved onto a traction machine or some other contraption. Not Dr. Steven. Using only his handiwork and one handheld tool, he manipulated, massaged, stretched, moved, and then adjusted me. He educated me on some of my body's natural mobility, and the rationales for why I might be feeling some of my pains. After our appointment, he gave me some GREAT tips on how to improve my pain and spine health at home, and offered me to just message him and set up another appointment. In today's hectic world, finding someone who is accommodating, flexible, and skillful is a daunting task. Mr Burle is not a crack and I will see you back kind of adjuster, but a highly technical practitioners that solves your problems in the long run. I told my wife he suggests my body to fix itself and in the meantime we discover the root cause as to why my spine and the rest of my body needs alignment. Burle then makes the adjustment where two days later you feel great or at least back to normal. What that means to you and me. I don't have to see him weekly. But more like twice a year. My current problem is from 20 years of slouching working on a desk. I also have an occupational therapist. A masseuse. To solve this problem. My experience before Burle I could not count how many pain events but now they are far and in between to 1 or 2 a day. Brought on by my bad habits on the desk. My journey began following a serious car accident in 2003. I am a fan and know the relief an adjustment can bring. However, I have been hit or miss with my care. Sometimes I go months with out an adjustment. Dr. Dan provided a thorough intake process where he described his modern state of the art equipment. He is an excellent educator and took the time to make sure that I understand my condition and what needs to be done. After 14 years of care, you would think that I know everything about chiropractic. At the time I started at Radius, pain from my digestive issues were low. I had five adjustments from Radius. My pain increased. After the fifth adjustment, I couldn't eat anything without significant pain and my neck and shoulders hurt so bad I had to take three ibuprofen to get my pain down to a more manageable level. Radius told me this was normal detoxing. I didn't feel I could risk getting any worse. It has now been a couple of weeks since I was last adjusted. I have begun to recover, however I am not nearly as good as I was before I started being adjusted by Radius. It might work for you, but, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
