He worked through the issues, and before you know it, we had hot water at every faucet within seconds. If we were a homeowner in the area, I would not hesitate to call them, and I recommend them highly. I said no because I had only 4 days of needing to get the tests completed and submitted to the city. I ended up finding Buck Robinsons number and gave him a call. Buck was able to come out in a timely manner and get the tests completed. He was extremely friendly, outgoing and costumer oriented. His prices are also highly affordable. I am utterly impressed with him. I'm grateful the other company "forgot" about my appointment now, because now I have ABS to call for my backflow needs. I definitely will be using Buck for now on, and so should you!

He is thorough, efficient, and cleans up when he is done. I was a little concerned where the cost would end up on a time and materials job, but it was a fair price for the work done. The only issue I had was the that their answering service did not relay my message, so I had to call back the next day to set the appointment. I cannot vouch for their other plumbers, but JD is great and I will use him for any job that I can't handle.
