we booked a room 6 months in advance of our nephew"'s graduation. our family had four rooms booked. three family members got rooms, they told us there was a computer error and we didn't have a room. they booked us in a hotel 30 miles away which defeated the entire objective of being together. come to find out that a baseball tournament was going on and they gave our room to them. they did it to eight other non baseball families. . oh and the hotel they booked for us only had rooms with one queen bed when we booked two queen beds. it also had none of the amenities the the drury inn had. they gave us a free night stay and said sorry. we will never stay at a drury inn ever again. oh wait, technically we never stayed there because they gave our room to a baseball family so they could be with their team. think twice about booking a room at a drury inn. you've been warned. . read more

So im giving this a 4 star not because its an amazing looking hotel but because of the quality the staff puts into this place. The front desk is courteous & kind, the room was exceptionally clean (cleaned by Brittney,Thank you Brittney). The lobby was well maintained and if you wanted to come down and enjoy a drink by a fireplace in a nice lounge chair they had that comfort as well. This place had breakfast as well as Dinner and from 5:30-7pm you got 2 free drinks whether they be cocktails or a beer. The breakfast isn't small either, it was Scrambled Eggs, sausage Patties, Biscuits & Gravy and hash Browns along with them having bagels, donuts and fresh fruit and many choices of beverages. Now the dinner they had there was Meatballs, chicken Alfredo, chicken slices, mixed vegetables, and also had a nacho cheese stand and hot dog stand. read more

I am pretty picky where we stay when we go out of town. I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites in Findlay Ohio. They greeted us with a smile and explained all of the perks that come with the stay. It was our first time there, but we will definitely come back! Breakfast was great and the 5:30 Kickoff was even better. If you get the chance to stay there, go for it. It is clean and very well taken care of. The showers are amazing. Good water flow and you aren't standing in backed up water. Kudos to the staff! Very friendly and courteous. This place is THE best. I stayed here about twice a month between 2009 and 2012. The staff is Absolutely awesome. There is a small business center area where there are a couple computers with printers and you can print at no additional cost. They serve real breakfast, an actual hot breakfast. They even served popcorn at periods throughout the day. The dining area is very large. Also they serve drinks between certain hours which is also included. I never went to the serving of drinks so cannot comment on what types/quality of drinks served. Small, but decent fitness center. I never visited the pool, but for what I could see the area seemed nice and there was a hot tub as well. The whole place is very modern. It must have been recently built. There are Flat screen tvs in the rooms and Decor is modern. It was always Very clean. There are security measures on all the doors. The only thing that annoyed me a little is that sometimes checking in was slow (the place gets busy!). It seemed sometimes the staff would spend a tad too much time schmoozing even though there was a line waiting to checking. There are quite a few hotels in this area that are in close proximity to each other and so the heat is up for competition and this place really goes the extra mile. I no longer have to go to Findlay, but if I ever do this is certainly where I'd stay. Highly Recommended! read more

My stay at the Drury Inn was fantastic. If you are somewhat concerned about this place having an almost perfect rating (like I was), all the reviews are accurate. It's perfectly located right off 75 and surrounded by EVERYTHING food wise which is great for someone traveling in like myself. The hotel is VERY clean. I inspect and clean every hotel room I'm in before I do anything else and I was very impressed...no dust, no dirt, no hair on the bed/toilet, everything was up to par. The bed was wasn't the best I've slept in but it was fine. The TV had a good lineup of channels, the room has a fridge and microwave, coffee, nice size desk for work and an AWESOME shower. It was surprising quiet as well. You could here when the neighbors shut their door and the occasional bang from upstairs but it was perfectly quiet otherwise. This hotel offers free breakfast (which I did not get a chance to try) AND their own happy hour that's called the kick back (free food and drinks..including beer and wine) in the afternoon. Ive never seen a hotel with free alcohol that wasn't in Las Vegas. Free popcorn in the lobby. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, patio area and gym. I'm so happy my boss booked this hotel for me. I don't know if all the Drury Inns are like this but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. read more

I literally plan my soccer tournament schedule based on there being a Drury Inn nearby. This place always reminds me of the "old school" philosophy in hospitality where management believes in creating lifelong customers instead of maximizing per-stay profits. I load them up twice a year with soccer teams just because of how accommodating they are. Fee drinks? Free food? Managers and staff who are more than patient with 50 energetic kids running around? Here's the thing about the Drury: the staff and management continue to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They manage to make a big hotel feel like home. We had a very wacky stay, conditions that were out of the staffs control yet they managed to flawlessly make everything right again. Recently stayed here while taking part in a volunteer ministry trip- my family and I were part of a large group of 30 People & we really enjoyed our stay!!! They offer a gym, inside & outside pool, complimentary breakfast & dinner. This hotel is very clean & well maintained- even the vents in our room were spotless. The staff are all hard workers & very friendly. My one small issue was that the carpeting in my room smelled like it was in need a good shampoo- but otherwise it was a wonderful time @ The Drury. Great hotel with good amenities and midwestern charm. I have to travel to Findlay for work once a month and stayed here this time as Hilton Garden Inn was full. Well, this has all the same amenities as Hilton Garden Inn, plus free breakfast, free snacks\food from 5-7 pm and free drinks in PM. But what really impressed me was the hospitality. I am a New Yorker and maybe my expectations are low, but it is awesome to stay at a hotel where every employee smiles and is super friendly towards you. My first stay in a Drury. What a nice hotel. The decor is very nice. It feel first class for a hotel in this reasonable and competitive price range. The inside-outside heated pool is a treat and the gym is small but very nice and clean. The staff from top to bottom is five star! They are outgoing and courteous. I was working out in the gym late one night and the front desk receptionist brought me a cup of water out of the blue. The rooms are great and every amenity is provided (fridge, ironing board, etc). I love the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser right on the shower. It's so convenient. The hot & cold breakfasts are fresh and tasty. The managers reception is great with the complimentary (3) drinks and delicious food. There's really no need to go to a restaurant if you can catch these included perks and want to keep your budget in line. I am now a loyal customer! read more

Recently, I rented a room at the Drury Inn & Suites. What was available on short notice was a clean suite with a recliner, a couch convertible into a bed, a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave oven, a clean bathroom, a comfortable king-size bed, and, oh yeah....it was clean. I felt like we got good value for our money considering Drury Inn has a "happy hour" of sorts where guests have complimentary hot food and a few drinks (3, I think). Also, there is a complimentary hot breakfast, which means eggs and sausage, according to the Drury Inn. Granted, the food isn't the greatest, but it's included. Eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, cream cheese, a waffle maker, oatmeal, cereals, juices, breads. It's decent, and it comes with the room. It's a good, no-frills hotel at which to park your sleepy head after a day out on the road or after a day of activity. You're not going to pay a huge amount, but I think you get more for your money here than at more well-known chains. They're worth looking into if you don't know about them already. I don't mean my 4 stars to mean what people mean when they are normally referring to hotels and stars. I just mean it in the Yelp* sense of, "Yay! I'm a fan." I am very satisfied. Also, the slew of J.D. Power awards for satisfaction probably are a testament to the fact that Drury Inns are a great place to stay on the road. read more

This is a little bit pricer hotel, it'll be about $100, but its super nice, and up to date. The rooms have mini fridges, nice big tv's microwaves, coffeepots, irons the works. They also had a complimentary breakfast, and when you check in they had tickets for 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and free appetizers too during happy hour, from 5-9. They also had free popcorn in the lobby. The rooms were incredibly comfortable. at least 4 pillows on each bed, a huge bathroom, and a nice big shower head. It was like royalty at half the price. The staff is super nice and go out of their way to say hello when they pass you. The place is also pretty sound proof. There is a gas station and a Steak n Shake within walking distance, but its right off the highway and not far from stuff in town. read more

Really impressed with this hotel! My fiancé, myself, and his team of contractors were traveling to the VFW National Home for Children to do some building work. One of our vehicles got a flat around 10 pm at night and had to leave it on the side of the road. Thankfully we were close to this hotel. They were easy to contact, super friendly, and to our surprise (because the cost was low! ) was very clean and the beds/pillows were soooo comfy. I wish we could have stayed longer ! We travel all over and have stayed in many cheap and expensive hotels. This is up there with the best I've been in. The rooms were around 95$ and had 2 queens beds. Included a hot breakfast also I believe they had a working hot tub and pool that I unfortunately didn't get time to see. I will search for Drury inn and suites everywhere we go now. read more

I stayed at the Drury Inn at the airport in St Louis, MO. We checked in after immediately leaving a hotel we booked online nearby. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Told us if we could fine a price online cheaper she would charge us that price. Every staff member we came in contact with doing our stay was very nice, very courteous,and very friendly. The hotel it seemed to be newly renovated and clean. It did not have that stale cigarette smell that a lot of hotel have that are near the airport. The hotel offer a lot of amenities such as free brakefast and a evening buffet style meal they call kickback meal. The hotel was kids friendly, yet quiet. The next time come to St Louis, I will most definitely be staying at this hotel. read more

We read mixed reviews of this hotel. I have to say this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. First the place was spotlessly clean, the staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the evening was pretty well anything you could want for a snack or light meal. The room was very clean with coffee service in room. The bathrooms had more than enough towels and wash cloths. Plus there was soap and other amenities included in bathroom. I stayed at the Drury Inn (Findlay OH) Aug of 2014. I left a brand new watch on the desk of my room for 3 hours. I know this because I had training for work and i didn't bring it so that it wouldn't be scuffed up. When I returned, I found it had been stolen. The manager checked the door lock logs and it showed a house keeper by the name of Sara had been the only one to enter the room. They wouldn't confront her, so I had to file a police report. The police were not able to help in the end. In addition the hotel nor their corporate HQ would reimburse me for my loss. Apparently they condone theft and employee gain by any means. read more

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. After a recent stay, I realized I had left behind a favorite pair of shoes. I called immediately, but was told they had not been found. Two weeks later I received a call, and within two days was once again wearing my shoes! Thanks to the housekeeping staff for not only finding them, but returning them so quickly. Friends and I met another friend half way at the Drury. Good price, the rooms, hallway, restaurant and lounge were all very clean and attractive. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was quite accommodating and friendly. Happy hour was great, 3 drinks, lots of laughs and a light dinner, no need to go out. Our breakfast was amazing, all we could want. Great hotel!!! Very warmly welcomed after a long day of traveling. We arrived late, so we didn't get to check out the pool:( Room was as expected. Clean!! I love the breakfast area in this hotel. There are so many nooks, you can really have some privacy to work while eating. I found it really nice the hotel managers actually came around.. cleared tables and asked customers about their stay.
